Rooms were very clean, as only positive point of our stay.

Far from everything, not good value for money and more than everything, not a 4 star staff. When we arrived nobody opened the gate and had to wait 15 minutes. Their explanation was that they were taking pictures. Customer first, wasn't it? Breakfast abundant but not respecting basic cleanliness standards, with expired drinks and fruits.Better to offer less items but in good conditions. Mattresses were probably good in the past but now you drawn in them.

Hotel staff really nice. Very clean. Lovley pool area and a lovely beach very close by

The hotel, the pool, the front desk, the breakfast, the cleanliness, access to the beach, the grounds, the sunsets. The man at the front desk went out of his way for us. He was so friendly and patient. Everyone worked so hard to keep the place immaculate. The restaurant staff was so over the top. The place is gorgeous!

The whole experience was fabulous and made for a couple of very relaxing days. Thank you :)

Maybe the beach bar and the main hotel bar could have better staffing. The service waiting times were too long. The gentleman serving The Beach bar was great but needed another pair of hands. Similarly with the main Hotel bar. He did get more assistance but it should have been earlier.

I can honestly say it was a great stay the staff were fantastic 👏 👌 👍
