Airco in the hotel room was not able to be adjusted. Central cooling was too cold to keep the airco on, so we had to switch constantly between a very hot temperature due to summer conditions and a very cold one due to central cooling.

As an American who has stayed in a five star this is definitely in the 4 star category. Little things like no towels available in the restrooms and dirty bathroom floors and inconsistent service are not 5 star hallmarks. We paid $2500 for three nights and it was definitely not worth the value. My parents have lived in Greece for 25 years and I’ve never had worse service than in Parea restaurant. It took 25 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted water. My drink took another 30 minutes and our main course took 2 hours to get to the table. My 14 year old son was tired so we boxed up his dinner and brought it to the room for him. None of the staff came over to explain or let us know that the kitchen was running behind or even bring us a complimentary dessert. The worst service I’ve ever had in Greece after coming here for 25 years. We paid five star prices and expected five star service but clearly this place is still figuring it out.

Nothing , everything was good

We travelled at the end of October. I rate the hotel with the highest marks. Starting with the professionalism of the staff: they helped us to rent a car, allowed us to have a later check-out, to keep our things and to stay longer in the hotel and enjoy the pool and the sea. The hotel environment is perfect. The view from the pool is amazing, the hotel has a very comfortable beach, the breakfast is amazing. There are several great places nearby for a delicious dinner. In the evenings there are wonderful shows. We stayed more days than we had planned because we just didn't want to leave the hotel.

The only thing that could be better is the sound insulation. You can hear a lot of noise coming from the corridor. For more silence I would choose rooms that are not located in the main building.

W had a great family beach holidays. The hotel is offering plethora of activities - every night a different attraction and a great swimming pool for kids to play. The largest breakfast buffet full of choices and only a short taxi ride to the lovely Corfu town or even shorter boat taxi ride from the very hotel beach. We had a lovely time.

We upgraded to a bungalow and it was amazing. Such a private and quiet experience. Rooms were spotless and made up every day. Staff were lovely and service by the beach was excellent. All we did was read, eat, swim and drink cocktails.

Location is a bit tricky if you want to go out and explore. However, if you want to stay in and relax it's perfect.

They have a lot of trees and green space, the beach has great sand and shallow water for children. Also it is somehow small and privat place.

The bungalow where we started had a sort of concrete finish on the floor that was adding a industrial style to the room design. There was no space to hang clothes in the room lobby. The bathroom was small.

Breakfast was very average for a 5 star, in peak Aug there are not enough sun loungers to guests with a lot of people waking up early to bag the best spots. Overall felt more like a 4 star than a 5 and felt over priced for the service on offer. Rooms were small and mini bar completely empty- one bottle of water provided each day.

Not enough loungers by the pool but plenty on the beach.

Grounds are well kept. Beautiful beach/pool with good restaurants. Spa located on premises.

Hallways going to rooms could use painting and decoration. Spa staff was a little pushy.
