The individual pools were good

The property is need of significant renovation The villas are dated and uncomfortable The restaurant food is revolting and made us sick to the point we had to call in a doctor We tried calling the front desk from early hours of the morning with no answer, finally someone from house keeping answered at 7:45 and said they couldn’t help and we would have to wait an additional 45mins for someone at reception. When someone at reception did come on duty they were trying to call us on the room phone which is located in the outside area. I would have thought it common sense to place the phone near the bed or inside the room but clearly not….the doctor finally arrived several hours later and they were amazing. She also assessed me for a broken arm as I had slipped and fallen in the bathroom on the wet tiles as the only bathroom option is outside ie when it rains you will be showering in the rain when you use the toilet you will be sitting g in the rain and using toilet paper that is left in the rain. I had indeed broken my arm….all in all this place is not worth the money even on a discount. Needs a major overhaul and the kitchen needs to be shutdown

Great setup. Private villas with the convenience of a bar, restaurant and communal pool. Staff were so friendly too!!

It’s an older property so could do with a bit of repair and upkeep.

Die Reinigung war nicht besonders genau. Oder wurde garnicht gesäubert. Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung brauchen. Die Villen bräuchten eine Sanierung. Die Toten Ameisen in der Küche waren 2 Tage nicht weggemacht. Habe sie selbst entfernt. .

私達は、1階建てのヴィラでした、セールで安く泊まったのでお得でした。 チェックインも、14時ですが、1240分位にヴィラに入ることが出来て、レイアウトチェックインせず、12時にチェックアウトして、15時くらいにヴィラのプールでのんびりすることができました。(チェックアウト後もプールを使ってよいと言われました)

ひとつだけ、お湯が出ない

Amazing location, people very friendly, very clean, very helpful food is good, we will definitely come back again

There is no any dishes so you can't cook anything you have only plates cups and glasses.

Private plunge pool. Breakfast lovely. Restaurant good food.

Bali Aroma Villas does have a problem with 🦟. They do try to address it treatments... but during our stay November 2024, there were still lots of mosquitoes inside our room and in our outdoor areas. It's the only negative comment I could make.
