Perfect location, central to all of Seminyak. Private and secure Villa, wonderful staff that attended every day to tidy up, make beds and freshen towels. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need if you wanted an in-house chef or to cook yourself. I will definitely stay here again. Close to Potato Head (2 minute slow walk) but far enough away not to hear the music.

Unfortunately the floors were extremely slippery when wet from coming out of the pool, but the staff left extra towels for us to lay as floor mats in the kitchen area.

the Villa is in a great quiet location and matches the description accurately. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness of the pool

Mrs Sippy was a little loud only on Saturday night and a few mossies, but these things would apply to all villas in the area

Nothing, everything was perfect

The best villa I’ve stayed at. From the modern design to the awesome location. Only 1 min from potato head! The staff are always on hand and super friendly. Aircon is amazing, always working at it’s fullest and the wifi is very quick for Bali. Perfect for family or a girls/boys trip. Very clean as the staff clean every morning. Definitely going back!

Not a lot fault. Only thing was that we couldn’t stay longer due to work!

Putu and Addie were excellent and tried to put things right as soon as they went wrong. Lots of space for four people. Large bedrooms. Clean towels and bed linen.

The villa looks very tired and could do with some painting and deep cleaning in the lounge/kitchen area. Doesn’t look like the photos on line or on the video on YouTube. Sofas and chair covers need cleaning and furniture needs moving so the floor can have a deep clean. Bin area and bin needs a good clean. We were plagued with mosquitoes so that we couldn’t sit in the lounge area day or night without being bitten to death (which we all were)therefore we were unable to socialise in the evenings,which spoilt our holiday as we had to retreat into our bedrooms or stay in the pool!!!!!!! We did go out and buy sprays, plug ins, patches and burners at our own expense but nothing worked. All the shower heads in the bathrooms need changing as they have become partially blocked with deposits from the water and it looks as though someone had made s bigger hole in each one. Also because of the heavy rain we noticed on the last evening the roof was leaking in bedrooms one and two. Putu was going to look at this. We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned as it had many millipedes in and also debris from the plants and trees. The worst problem was the electricity going off constantly. Putu got electricians in twice during our stay but they couldn’t seem to find the problem. So if we boiled the kettle, used the toaster or tried to put the moveable fan on in the lounge area (as the ceiling fan was broken) the electricity went off. We were so looking forward to our stay but was very disappointed.

- they allowed me to pay only when i'm have arrived - they reply spontaneously - i like the ambiance of the overall of the villa - the size of the villa - the location of the villa is just right next to potato head, if you are the party monster, this will be great - we were able to blast abit of our musics at late night

- i think investing on the villa's facilities should be considered (the stairs to the pool is so sharp at every single piece of tiles my mom got cut so deeply at both legs but she is fine now.) - the villa did not include breakfast while most villa they offer or they recommend (others also suggest breakfast on pool/ unicorn floats) - there weren't reception counter
