Breakfast., it was very basic. Can’t be called continental. also the Coffee cups are not safe, and stupid design that doesn’t fit for the purpose. Charge a bit more and put some fresh fruit, ham, etc.

Front door to block was unlocked so anyone could enter.

You don't need to see anyone. Pop in get your key from wall and easy access

Never seen this much noisy bed in my life. Move your finger and listen metal work. I wake up too many times because of the metal noise. Very upset.

loveliest staff for my whole trip so far. they are really friendly and helpful. it was near to the train station and city centre Bakery just opposite the hotel and pharmacy just downstairs

it can get very cold water from tap easily spills out

washing machine didn’t work. kitchen cupboard doors took up entire space. ordered breakfast didn’t arrive with no explanation.

Kitchen wasn't bad, staff were generally really good. If it wasn't for hot water would have been good.

The place would have been great but deal breaker I did not have hot water the whole week, tepid at best told the lady and she laughed, she either did not understand or is used to it. Did get a bit of outside noise and stomping

fantastic location, easily accessible from train station. short walk to center of historic district, Darcy Park and Botanical Gardens.

our room always smelled damp and moldy. You could see prior water damage along baseboards. Staff were aware and working on issue but it wasn’t resolved before we left.

we got entry through code and inside was the doorkey, 1st floor maybe a better option. Location is great near the central square 4 minutes walking distance.

Room on groundfloor, because it was at street side you could hear the street sounds from cars who were stopping at traffic light right in front of the hotel and in the morning people were talking in the main hallway, because this is also the breakfast area. The bathroom is not very handy, because no rim to hold back the water from the shower, so water runs everywhere up to the toilet, which is also in the bathroom, the place where you can brush your teeth is tiny. Floorboards in the room are round from the water from the bathroom. Tab in the little kitchen cupboard is loose.

Parking only on the street.

Very convenient for the city centre. Nice to have private off-street parking. Automatic check-in service was fast and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable if a little on the small size.

Was a very warm period and the in-room fan was much appreciated but the window had a limited opening and the room was quite hot at night.

Central location, a comfortable and clean room, very friendly staff. A private garage on the site is a great bonus.

Installing air conditioning would be a major improvement. A fan did not help much with the heat wave in late July.

Comfy beds and decent sized rooms. Aircon worked well and easy to get in and out of the property when the reception desk closed. Water pressure of the shower was also excellent.

The breakfast! The breakfast for €8 consisted of one croissant and terrible coffee. Terrible value !! Location is also in a slightly lonely area away from the main drag.

The location was remote from just about everything.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the old city and several stores. The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. The "kitchen" had everything one could wish (Microwave, fridge, utensils, etc). The AC was working great.

The room was really very small. There were larger rooms, but there was no explicit statement that the larger rooms had an AC.

Access to a garden was a great facility as well as parking space. location to city centre very good and the washing machine on site a real bonus

Bed was particularly uncomfortable. kitchenette wasn't used but needed cleaning. Limited reception staff who didn't seem to wish to do that job as there was a key box system.

The responsiveness of the staff. I had a few queries by email before arriving. We travelled from the UK and stayed one night in Dijon before heading on down to Annecy. The hotel was central to the historic area of Dijon. We had a lovely walk in the afternoon and sat for a drink in the square opposite the Palais des Ducs and wandered the beautiful cobbled streets. At the hotel there is a garden area and we sat here in the evening with a drink. We had booked a parking space which is safe and secure underground and this meant we didn't have to unload all our holiday stuff from thevcarvroofbox just for one night, this was very useful but you need to book in advance for this. The reception team very nice and helped with directions and places to see.

Room was a bit tired and in need of small repairs, such as chipped bathroom cabinets and some stains on furniture. However for a very short stay it was what we needed and happy. We had the family studio with the interconnecting rooms on the 3rd floor.

The Apartment hotel was situated within 10 to 15 minutes easy walk from the centre of Dijon with many attractive and historic streets and square, plentiful restaurants, bars and street cafes. The car park was easy to find and situated right next to the hotel. Our room was very well laid out with everything we could need. We didn't have breakfast but the room for breakfast looked very nice. Our room was attractively situated to the rear of the building with a nice view over the gardens.

There could perhaps have been air conditioning but this didn't worry us as our room wasn't on the sunny side of the building.

. The lady at the reception was exceptional, spoke great English and nothing was too much trouble for her. Nice garden away from the traffic. Useful washing machine which was a bonus
