Good location, and a great breakfast

Doesn’t feel clean, found some spider web in my room, the maintanance is not at its best, and generally felt like a dormitory and not a hotel.

Staff were helpful and the breakfast was varied

It was comfortable and goof for a short stay. It was close to the locations that were important to me.

It would be great if the rooms had a small fridge. An elevator would have been useful as well.

Access to the tram station nearby if you wanna go downtown, customer service, bathroom, free parking (closed at night)

Walls are thin, bed is not of best quality, no cook in the kitchen on Mondays..

Quiet room, comfortable bed, very clean. This was perfect for an overnight whilst travelling through France. Manager on duty was exceptionally good, even phoned us to check our time of arrival and make arrangements for the key.

Outside of the rooms looks a bit dated and shabby but this is minor as once inside the room it was refurbished to a good standard.

Room small and bed quite uncomfortable

We stayed in august with a family over 6 in two adjacent rooms. It's quiet, the rooms are small but clean. There is a kettle for coffee or tea, and a restaurant.

One of the rooms we had (002) had a true open shower, the were no walls in the shower so the whole bathroom got wet when we took a shower. More towels would be nice too.

We have arrived late at night and gates were locked. Called the host on the phone provided and she was with us in couple of minutes- very friendly, accommodating and professional.

the restaurant decor was nice and the restaurant staff friendly, convenient location when travelling coast to coast, as in the middle

pricey food and drinks (€16.00 for a burger and 7.5 for a beer!!!), the evening reception staff veeery slow, the food bill not presented just charged, the rooms are very small and basic, a large roach found in the bathroom.

This was an overnight stopover and hotel clean, poor refreshments options, air con good, passable bed hard little soap

we had a meal which was very poor not what we ordered very poorly cooked steak wrong sauce, not ratatouille just cold beans with raw garlic almost inedible. very poor service didn’t deal with our issues and refused to not charge us full price of £114……we have cancelled our return journey visit needless to say. we’ve always had good stays at Campanile but won’t be using them again…….I would like a refund in full for our disastrous evening of £50
