Great location, good breakfast and dinner

Room was run down and several things where either broken or needed fixing

Mostly everything. Location, staff, room. No complaints.

No outside tables/chairs to enjoy the last of the Italian sunshine before our trip home to rainy Scotland.

Location is perfect and the shuttle bus is reliable and cheap

Convenient shuttle service picked us up promptly from the airport and brought us to the hotel. There is a great restaurant located in the hotel.

Slightly outdated, but the friendly staff and clean accommodations made up for it.

Shuttle was easy to book and was on time, and was only about 5-10 minutes drive from the Malpensa Airport. I arrived at about midnight and was still able to get pizza or lasagne from the bar, and the pizza was delicious and good value (€10 for a large). Breakfast was a fully stocked buffet. Of all the good things at this place though, the shower was amazing - warm quickly and good pressure and coverage. If hotels were rated on their showers, this place is the Ritz.

This is a perfect solution if you land late at night and the flight connection is the day after. Breakfast is so big you would need to stay one week to try all the cakes :-) Staff is nice, there is also a restaurant, and the shuttle runs frequently to and from the airport.

The shuttle was efficient! Good breakfast was available and the staff were very helpful.

Hotel bed was quite uncomfortable. Wifi and service was awful - this was a big factor considering there isn’t much to do other than wait for your flight at Malpensa. The bathrooms were clean however the shower was difficult to use. There was also no available cups that we could use to drink water from the tap so we had to use the one little bottle of water from the fridge.

The staff that welcomed us was not as friendly as the other workers. The location is not so convenient to get to if you wish to walk and save some euros. You will have to take a taxi or wait for a shuttle

It is a good alternative as budget hotel compared to other hotels in the area.

Breakfast 😂 Shuttle service is provided with minimal fee, however, the timing is not strictly followed.

The Idea hotel is a transit hotel for people catching flights from Malpensa airport- the cost for transport in a minivan is 5 Euro and is booked via reception and paid directly to the driver - The Hotel is very convenient and cheap - the rooms are basic but clean - there is an excellent Trattoria just 2 minute walk from the Hotel - breakfast is quite ok

Can’t really fault anything for the price you pay - 70 euro !!
