Really good location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean, rooms well decorated and there's on going works to update which will look fantastic once complete. Lovely breakfast and pool bar. Lunch was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Noise is horrific. As I'm pregnant, we upgraded our room to a junior suite but we're quite disappointed to be positioned right in the main walkway in and out and next to staff entrance/cleaning area. We would have extensive noise from drunk guests from 10pm to 3am, to then be woken up by cleaning staff anywhere between 630 and 730. After repeating with other guests appears to be same problem with other rooms, some believing as the doors didn't shut entirely leaving a small gap that this could be the cause. Pool bar closes 6pm - would be nice to be open in evening. Pools are very deep here - worth noting if not a strong swimmer or have small children. Evening food didn't look particularly good but plenty of restaurants around close by at cheaper cost. Some guests received free gifts on arrival and others didn't - these weren't special requests or paid as optional extra. Would've been nice if all treated the same.

La gentillesse du personnel, les piscines (la température était très agréable), le petit déjeuner qui est très varié!! Le bar au bord de la piscine offre quant à lui de très bons sandwichs, wrap etc. L’emplacement est très bien et permet d’accéder très rapidement à tous les points d’intérêts Je recommande et je reviendrais!!!

Il y avait quelques fourmis dans la chambre mais rien de bien méchant. Les équipements de la salle de sport ne sont pas très modernes mais ça fait l’affaire

Location - It's central to Costa Teguise, and all the pubs/restaurants are close by. Vibe - Everyone staying here, seems to be more mature and relaxed. Less families, and more senior couples. Premises - The grounds are kept really well, the grass is luscious, beautiful palm trees, and great swimming pools. Staff - Most of the staff here are really friendly, except for the restaurant and pool bar staff. Those can be moody, and or not engaging sometimes.

Food - The breakfast in the morning is pretty awful, watery eggs, fatty bacon, juice that tastes sour, and an abundance of junk food items such as donuts. Booking - We were charged more than booking.com told us it would be. And basically blamed for not booking it correctly through 'booking.com'. The explanation given, was that we did not specify the two other guests (our partners). Booking.com does not ask for those details, and instead only the 'main guest' for each room. If a double room is booked, it should be fairly obvious that you'll have two people to each room. Rooms - Twice now we've been given twins, a double room should be a double bed unless specified otherwise. It's a nuisance to sleep in single beds unless you have to. Construction - There has been allot of construction works going on at the Oasis Lanz. The look, and noise of it is really not fantastic. A better job of covering the building works could be done.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very good, the breakfasts are amazing

Unfortunately there are major building works going on for the next 12 months at least they are building a shopping mall attached to the hotel loads of noise 6 days a week starting at 7.45 Whilst there is nothing the hotel can do about this I think they should have informed guests before they arrived

Hotel baut um. große Baustelle auf dem Gelände, neben dem Hotel eine Karaoke Bar in der jeden Abend verschiedene Engländer nach mehreren Bieren Gesangseinlagen geben

Unfortunately there is some building work at the moment behind one section of the hotel

Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, todo muy limpio y en buen estado.

La ubicación es muy buena. El buffet de desayuno y cena era bastante completo con diversas opciones. Las piscinas las probamos poco pero muy limpias y agradables. El personal bastante amable.

Principalmente 2 cosas, la primera que las bebidas de la noche NO estabas incluidas. Ni el agua. ¿Que clase de media pensión no incluye el agua? La segunda las almohadas que eran muy altas y dirás. Llamé a recepción a las 22 horas y me dijeron que tenía que esperar al día siguiente. Vamos a ver, si la almohada es el problema, al día siguiente ya la habré utilizado, no le hicieron nada de caso al problema.

Gutes Frühstücks Buffet, sehr große Auswahl. Smoothies werden frisch zubereitet. Man kann auch draußen sitzen. Rühr und Spiegeleier werden ebenfalls frisch gemacht.

Both excellent and stay was thoroughly relaxing.

Everything since it has been refurbished. I cannot believe how zen it was. Loved everything about this place. Even down the decorations… staff are amazing and work extremely hard every day. The DJ was an absolute diamond. Food is great and I cannot fault anything

I cannot think of anything. However I did observe 4 grown adult placing towels around the kids pool area and shut them down and leave. It’s important that this area is kept vacant especially with young family with babies ect …. I think this is very rude as all the other beds where vacant. Nothing to do with hotel just people who disrespect rules

The hotel is really nice, such a pleasant environnement, the rooms are modern, very good looking with a view on the pool, the breakfast is various and very nice.The hotel is very close to any shops and restaurants nevertheless it’s very quiet.The hotel staff are really welcoming and helpful.

The wifi connection was not stable in our room. It’s a shame that the food provided at the restaurant in the evening is a bit commonplace and more like processed food.

The room was very nice and the staff were very hospitable. There are two pools to choose from, which were not high in chlorine which was really nice. There is a cash machine on site which was great. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. The grounds were very pretty too which made for some lovely photos. On arrival, we received a glass of cava each and in the room there was a bottle of water and some chocolates which was a nice touch. Location was perfect for multiple beaches which offered different things and was close to multiple resturants and supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Quiet location, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We did find two cockroaches in our room, one which we were able to dispose of, the other we didn't catch. At night there is a cockroach sound and we were not sure if this was from our room or outside the door. There were two mirrors in the bathroom and none in the bedroom which sometimes made it difficult for two people to get ready at once if one was in the bathroom already. Another mirror in the bedroom area would be good. It was difficult to see the TV from the bed so it would be could if they changed the bracket to be able to twist to the side. These are all small complaints which did not ruin our stay but would have made the stay exceptional.

The hotel offered top-notch services, incredible amenities, and an ambiance of elegance. Truly a five-star experience!

Fabulous suite, big and clean, Location is great, 5 minutes to beach, 2 minutes to restaurants and bars. Great selection for breakfast. Parking is a must, you will not get space outside complex.

Hotel let’s people place towels on beds, most annoying when you go to pool and little or no beds available but 50% just have towels for hours

Liked everything cannot find a negative ,maybe would of been nice to of had a bar in evenings but it wasn't an issue .first class hotel

the location is just perfect at the top of the small strip of restaurants and bars and just a few minutes walk to the beach

the sun loungers we’re reserved early morning but there was always some available by 2pm onwards

Staff absolutely fantastic, they even located my purse from trash, so honest helpful and professional. Room modern and huge suite x cleaned to perfection every day x pools and grounds beautiful and will definately recommend to anyone and be back one day x
