This house was perfect for a stay in Costa Tequise, the upper floor terrace is perfect to sunbath, have meals or just looking over lovely views of Las Cucharas beach. It was very well equipped for self catering. Ana the host was excellent accommodating and helpful. Car parking is available next to the property at no cost. However a car is not needed for your stay in this family orientated resort.

As with all properties you can pick faults, but we would return for another fantastic week in this ideally situated property.

Location to beach, restaurants, shops and water sports. Washing machine great bonus. Very spacious and great amities in house.

Amazing location. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the property. The supermarket is less than 5 minutes away and a great selection of bars and restaurants are also within a 5 minute walk. Despite everything being so close it was really quiet which was wonderful. The property was much bigger than we expected with two double bedrooms plus a single and two large bathrooms. The balcony is bigger than it looks in the photos with plenty of room for the two loungers and a great sized table under an awning giving nice shade. The downstairs patio is lovely and shaded with another good sized table and chairs.

My partner felt that the bed was a little too hard but I thought it was fine. There was only one cereal bowl in the kitchen otherwise the kitchen was amazingly equipped.

The house is perfectly located and very well equipped. we found everything we would need. there are even some kids toys and many beach toys in The house.

Just the perfect place to enjoy your stay at Costa Teguise. It's 50 meters away from Playa de la Cucharas. You have restaurants and bars next door. The house offers everything you need, great terrace to enjoy the sea view and have dinner. I have been using booking for quite some time, but never had an host so kind. Thanks to Ana and her friend, I could make it on time to take the ferry. The car did not want to start, I guess it wanted to stay longer there :-) I will back for sure and I already recommended your places to 3 families. Thanks for everything and see you soon.

The house was light and airy. English TV channels. Lovely large balcony. So close to the seafront. Excellent location. Easy parking.

Ana met me, took us to the house, explained the operational details and was extremely attentive. She is gracious and responsive to needs and questions. The house has everything most people would expect in a vacation property and lots more. Our group was composed of a couple and two single people so the onsuite on the main floor and the two bedrooms on the second floor worked perfectly. One bedroom was not as well apointed as the other but is comfortable and has lots of closet space. The house has a generous open kitchen, dining and living room plus two outdoor living spaces. The house is in a great location and a few meters to the beach, shops and resturants. This is a wonderful rental property and the four of us would highly recommend it.

I cannot imagine a way to improve the check in, graciousness and responsiveness of this attention host.
