The Manor House is set in glorious countryside and is so relaxing. The staff are there to please and do an excellent job at all of that. Nothing seemed to much trouble and there was a friendly, professional air to operations. Having eaten at the woven restaurant on a previous visit we were disappointed to be out in the evening and to have not repeated our previous experience which was exceptional. Breakfast however was really good and so was our brief lunch after a visit to the equestrian centre.
Our only disappointment was returning late in the evening to our room to find that the air con had been on at full blast during the day and in the cooler evening our suit was like an ice box, nothing we did to the room temp settings could rectify that so late at night.

Breakfast was excellent, well presented and good choice, service was a bit slow.
1. Sitting outside on the sun terrace of the Spa would have been idillic if it wasn’t spoiled by a very very loud roof fan.

The whole experience was amazing . We have stayed at this hotel a few times before . Its one of our favourites in the UK .
It is just a personal experience from start to finish . The staff are exceptional . 10 out of 10 evry time .
A leak on our shower door where it had been installed incorrectly . i made the staff aware and they were ready to rectify the problem straight away .
