The windows of the room downstairs were not able to open for fresh air.

Very rural, welcoming with tea and cake, clean and extremely comfortable bed. Fresh linen. Large windows with good air flow. Hob facilities and kettle. Large shower. Toiletries available.On a farm. Fantastic continental breakfast with everything you could ask for. Friendly. Nearby to town by car for an evening walk and meal.

Some rooms not suitable for those with walking difficulties but would just need to ask for ground floor level.

One common table for breakfast - possibility to talk with other guests.

I was very happy. The lady's treatment was very elegant and respectful. It was the best stay I had. I felt like I was at home with my family. Thank you from the heart. I liked the place very much and I advise everyone in this place because the treatment of the lady and her family increased my love for the Netherlands, thank you

Late arrival was not problem, hostess even prepare some evening snack for the hungriest of our group. Spotless rooms and excellent and atmospheric breakfast. Great place to explore surrounding region. Nice country scene, sheep saluted us in the morning :)

Little bit far from closest cities, but it's not a problem, if you have a car.
