This place was exactly what we were hoping to find! We were SO HAPPY with our stay!! It was in a relaxing area of town, close to the beach, groceries, and good restaurants. It was very cute, had a lovely kitchen, really nice natural light, was spacious and a had great patio. The host made us feel very welcome and she was extremely prompt and helpful when contacted about anything. Thank you!!!

The lady was very friendly, she recommended us good restaurants, bars and briefly told us how to get to the bus stop in to town centre. The location was amazing, with a small supermarket within 2min walk, lots of cafes and restaurants within 5-10min walk and bus stop just down the road to the left. [Number 5 and 8 straight to town]. Front door was tricky to open with the keys but she kindly taught us tips and tricks on how to open and was very patient. We stayed at room 2 with 7 adults and had plenty of space, 2 balconies with 1 communal balcony just outside the room. Lots of room to relax. Each room had at least 1 double bed with the living room having 2. Spare bedding can be found stored away in the furthest room either in the cabinet or the wardrobe in front of the en suite bathroom. There were even a "resident" friendly stray cat and kitty lifted our mood every morning 😊

There wasn't anything that stood out to us that we didn't like, but maaaaybe having a microwave would have been more useful but then again, the kitchen was very well equipped and had a electric hob and an oven so it wasnt an absolute necessity. Opening the front door was tricky and you had to grasp the hang of it until you can open it alone but then again a very very minor problem compared to all the positive points.

The Host was amazing as well as the apartment. Big enough and an amazing location close to the beach and city.

The best thing about the apartment and our trip to Zadar, or better the person that made our stay excellent was our host. She was one of the kindest people we have met and she always did her best for us to make our stay perfect, including some fruits and cake to welcome us, recommendations for restaurants, activities and a lot more

Host is very helpfull, and the house was really confortable. Really close to the beach, supermarket and a good chinese restaurant.

Very nice and responsive host. The apartment was clean, easy to find and has a good Chinese restaurant just in front.

The big bathroom could have been cleaned better. The washing machine is not working properly but we did not announced the host so she may not have been aware of this.

We stayed in the top apartment, it was comfortable and spacious, the terrace is very cool with the sea view. Although the weather was very hot, in the apartment the air was only slightly warm, we didn't have to use the air conditioner much. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were able to cook comfortably the whole week. We could park inside the fence (which was nice as the street has somewhat higher traffic), but the space is limited. There are multiple supermarkets within walking distance, and a Lidl reachable with car which is open till 23h. There are a ton of restaurants near, you can eat at a different place every evening if you want. Despite the higher traffic and the restaurants the apartment was very quiet (although no other guests were staying in the house besides us). The host was very friendly and available, she can give you advice on the neighborhood if you ask her.

There were no carpets unlike the pictures but we didn't mind that, although the floor could have been a little bit cleaner. The previous guests messed up the water heating, but it was solved pretty quickly. The Puntamika and Borik beaches are 10-15 minutes of walk, with children you might choose to go by car or bike, the old town is even further.
