Overall decent hotel. Staff was nice. I like the big bathrooms It’s very close to the action- but it also gets some noise nuisance because of that. Unfortunately, any positive qualities of this hotel were ruined for me because of the cigarette smell issue I describe below.

-Cigarette smell travels to non smoking room This is unacceptable and a deal breaker. Staff was nice enough to make me visit 4 rooms on 3 different floors and they all reeked of cigarette. -Another problem is they have those individual AC units that point directly to the bed. I got very sick on the second night and had to shorten my stay at this hotel and book another hotel to rest and recover. I don’t know if I got sick because of these problems but this couldn’t have helped either. Other things I didn’t really like: -some trendy DJ plays loud aggressive party music at the pool area on all evenings. It’s just a complete mismatch with the family style of the hotel and I doubt the couple of guests trying to relax at the pool enjoyed it - or any of the guest in the rooms facing that area. -I found the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet a bit lacking. -the hotel gets some noise nuisance at night from being so close to Kokusai street

古い、狭い、トイレからはアンモニア臭がして部屋はずっとカビ臭かった。エアコンで除湿しようとしてもエアコン自体も臭くて本当にいるのが辛かった。ロケーションのせいかホテルのランクに比べて安くもない

Belle camere ma da rimodernare un pò e mettere dei deodoranti perchè appena si entra hanno un odore un pochino di chiuso, ma comunque consiglierò sempre questo hotel
