El único inconveniente fue el ruido permanente y ensordecedor de la música de un gimnasio contiguo (Vidafit) que impedía conciliar el sueño o que nos despertaba muy temprano en la mañana. La música estaba muy fuerte y se extendía desde las 6am hasta pasadas las 10pm, todo el día

Las instalaciones están muy viejas, en el mini bar antes dejaban bebidas ahora ni agua. En esta ocasión no cumplió con mis expectativas.

El Hotel Bolivar me sorprendió porque a pesar que tiene muchos años, han mantenido las instalaciones perfectamente. Su estilo campestre permite disfrutar de unos días muy sabroso bajo el sol Cucuteño

Hotel Campestre, bonito con habitaciones amplias pero mantenimiento muy regular. El personal de botones y la atención del restaurant muy bueno.

Me asignaron Habitación 217 con puerta de entrada descuadrada con medio cm de luz que se ve de afuera para adentro, los vidrios de las ventanas suenan cuando el compresor del aire acondicionado arranca, pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y la respuesta fue que no habían disponibles.

Honestamente superó todos mis expectativas. Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y espero volver pronto porque realmente todo fue estupendo. Uno de los puntos más positivos fue el personal. Me dieron una habitación muy cómoda y el wifi funcionaba muy bien. También pasé la nochebuena con mi familia en la fiesta del hotel y estuvo magnífica aunque yo mejoraría un poco la comida, pero de resto fue una gran fiesta, muy bien organizada y amena. Doy gracias especiales a Don Sergio en la recepción y a la Sra Marisabel, a Don Guillermo, a Karen, Eduard y Kelly, el Sr Sánchez en la vigilancia y a la organizadora del equipo de limpieza de habitaciones. Todos fueron profesionales y con alto sentido de atención al cliente. El hotel ha mejorado y está muy bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Very good, convenient location, with access to public transportation, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool is well-kept, ideal for the usual hot, sunny weather in Cucuta. The staff's courtesy, friendliness and professional attitude are just remarkable, they try as much as possible to assist customers and to accommodate to their needs.

The surrounding area doesn't look very safe, especially at night.

The service was good!

No internet in the first room and I developed some allergies from mold in the room.

The breakfasts were marginal. There was a short order cook a few mornings. Most days there was precooked eggs that were already cold and not cooked the way I like. There were no sweets included in breakfasts. The location was convenient for me. It's better than being in city center.

The facility is old. My room was near the pool so I was subjected to continuous music all day and into the night. What is wrong with a little tranquility??? I want quiet, not noise, and other people's music is noise. At least it wasn't really loud and didn't continue into the wee hours of the night. There is no suitable security safe for valuables. Only one of the two doors had a lock that worked with a key card. The door near the pool only had a keyed lock in the doorknob, which offers very little actual security. Lots of non-guests use the pool. Lots of kids. They pay admission for day time access. This means guests have to put up with kid noise in addition to music all day.

I have stayed there many times now and the property is clean and the staff are exceptional , very helpful and pleasant.

It is a clean, safe, family friendly place to stay. The staff was very kind, for example, they gave me a "traveller breakfast" because my check out time was before the opening time of the buffet.

The restaurant is expensive for the quality. There is always noise around the swimming pool.

The best thing about this property is the staff. Francisco, Marisabel, Sergio, Maritza, Guillermo e Isabel are the best. the restaurant is very good, we had lunch and few dinners and enjoyed all the meals very much. breakfast is good, but it could be better. the swimming pool area is so nice, the drinks are good, the common areas are clean always. this hotel is very relaxing. the room was confortable.

didn’t like the fact that our room didn’t have a hair dryer, I requested one and I was able to use it only one day. they came and took it from my room Because another room needed it. a hotel like this needs to have a hair dryer in every room, that is standard. also we didn’t have an iron in our room, so I had to request one. The rooms should have a small coffee maker and microwave as well. these small improvements would make this hotel excellent. it has so much potential, but should include these amenities to compete with the new hotels in the city. we stayed in a Junior suite, but didn’t have enough closet / drawers to organize our clothes.

when in Cucuta I always stay here. it’s a great deal for the money. nice place.
