Owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Was invited to make use of the conference room and facilities to work from. Had an urgent document to print. Front desk staff assisted free of charge. Independent solar voltaic power supply. No loadshedding at all. Location is exceptional.
WiFi in the room was slow to dysfunctional.
TV channels and platform, very disappointing.
Guest parking limited. Inconsiderate guests parking in such a way that other vehicles cannot leave.

Channels on OpenView were very limited. Pool was none operational and my husband and I had to sleep on 2 single beds that were pushed together.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts had a nice variety to choose from.
The Air con in the bedroom that we stayed in Ocean View 3, is not in a good position and takes some time to cool down. We used the air-con and fan together and that seemed to help. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very poor.

The staff were friendly. The tours were convenient to arrange and were worthwhile!
Showers had low water pressure which the staff helped fix a little.

The location is excellent with tranquil views of the estuary. Peaceful and definitely a place for R and R. Owner is fantastic....

The beautiful surroundings felt like you were deep in the wetlands, but it's really close to everything. The peace and tranquility of the place and the amazing staff, really allow you to get lost in your own world. Go here to find yourself and you will find your happy place.
