Spa is amazing, staff are super friendly and mountain shuttle is a super plus.

Restaurant left something to be desired. Our room had a very funky smell and although the staff were attentive to try to try to rectify, we needed up switching rooms the second day.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff (thanks to Ildiko for her kindness). Comfortable bedding, spacious balcony, well-kept and charming premises. The parking lot is big enough even in high season. Quiet. They can provide you a meal for your hike.

There is no mini-bar in the room (although indicated)

Good breakfast, nice SPA.

Wifi could be better.

- Great Breakfast choice - Lovely personal touches (prosecco in the room on New Years) - Friendly and very helpful staff. - Spa / Pool facilities were amazing and well equipped. - Ski resorts 5min drive

- Bar is slightly small and became rather crowded some evenings, but wasn't a big issue. - Very few restaurants / shops in Uderns, so limited on food / drink choice (problem of area not hotel). - Coffee had to be ordered at breakfast rather than it being freely available, which was strange because tea was available.

great facilities, good location if you have a car, food is limited menu but it was great

We arrived very late due to flight cancellation. Staff had left our room key on the reception counter. If it had been in an envelope on top of the counter or under a light we would have been able to find it without calling the emergency number. Not a big issue really other than for the staff member we called at 1:30 am... :-)
