Nice personalized breakfast. The staff tried to be nice after we paid the extra premium to check in. They fixed the broken curtain in our room promptly.

Staff are not willing to bend to accommodate patrons very well. I was met with belittling comments aimed at me for not realizing the web page had not included the children on the booking, (despite me clicking the number of children 2 and their ages 10 & 11. I explained that as the kids were not going to eat much breakfast so £10 was a fair price increase but the owner did not agree at all and insisted on the extra charge of £19 per child. Then pompous pleasure was taken in correcting me when I accidentally used the word Euro's (we're from Ireland) instead of £'s, whilst objecting to the manner in which there was an added fee due to the mix up, and that I felt £19 per child price increase was not fair given we already paid for the rooms. I was indignantly told " We don't use euro's in our country madame" with an emphasis on the word 'madame' in a curt and almost smirking tone, after which I was told I could take my custom else where if I so wish to but I will be charged for the rooms in full regardless. So we were held to ransom for the up charge at that stage and felt we had no choice but to put up and shut up which is not a happy way to spend your holiday! Also I had to take the key to check in others in our other party who were joining us but had been delayed so would be arriving after 9 pm as there is no check in facility after 9pm.

Clean and bright room with comfortable beds. On-site parking, delicious breakfast with a wide choice of menu. Friendly, helpful hosts. Dog-friendly. Attention to detail. Excellent value for money. Good location, close to town and other amenities.

Wonderful greeting as I arrived. Lovely room for my one night stay. Very quiet. Lovely comfy bed. Even a few chocolates to go with my cup of tea. Would definitely stay here again. Close, walking distance to the town centre and beach.

Plenty of parking spaces. Chris and Sue were lovely hosts and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location was in a quiet part of town but within a few minutes walk of town. Bedroom was exceptional and we’d be really happy to stay there again

Very comfortable and Clean , lovely comfortable beds and fluffy white towels. Beautiful breakfast with locally sauced food. The hosts Chris and Sue could not have been more friendly nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast room a bit of a squeeze & chairs uncomfortable. Would have been nice for owners to interact. Had to ask for room on second night to have bin to be emptied, & coffee,tea to be re stocked. Sauce was out of date by 4 months
