The location of the hotel is perfect and the fact that there are lots of elevators to accommodate all the visitors of the tower is awesome + the food was good & definitely can’t forget to mention the amazing & attentive staff members

We were disappointed by the long wait to check in, we wish a new system was available to reduce the long wait in reception & the big disappointment was the hotel’s furnitures, it definitely needs renovation especially the beds. It wasn’t comfortable at all & the staff tried to help us by moving us to another room but some of the rooms had carpet smells. We believe renovation is mandatory

the room was way too cold there werent enough towels in the room for the three persons. the housekeeping could have been done a little better. the food at suhor was average.

1. Check in process very slow and desk receptionist don't care about customer busy hugging and kissing there friend's in Middle of check in process and I felt they give first preference to arabic speaking and not for subcontinent personal. 2. Room facilities were not provided until made request 3. Wifi was not able connect 4. Sahoor buffet was not full(no refill of dishes) had to wait for drinking water as it was not filled in the container 5. Bell boys were literally looting from guests usually taxi fare from haram to railway station is about 20 to 30 riyal but they were demanding 120 riyal for a taxi to call. Pullman being a reputable property should take care about these issues. NEXT TIME" BIG NO TO STAY IN PULLMAN ZAMZAM"

Cockroach in the bathroom room my children was very upset, The wash basin sink was blocked call them several time to come and fix the came next day, My children took a video I have emailed them several times no reply back I need either booking.com or the Pullman Zamzam need to get back to me

Cleanliness of the rooms, the carpets were very dirty. No slippers were provided.

I liked the location of the property. I liked it was inside the clock tower so there were places like Tom Hortons, Starbucks etc. so really convenient when you just want to get out the hotel room with kids. I liked the fact the presidential suite has a partial haram view.

At times when it is busy during the day it can be difficult to get a lift as the hotel is located inside the clock tower and has quite a big shopping experience there. It can be difficult to communicate with staff due to language barriers.

Inshyallah , it will be the last reservation at the hotel. The reception staff were very rude and the hotel was very dirty and had a bad smell. I was supposed to enter at 2 pm, but they did not allow me to enter until 4 pm. The suite was different from my reservation, as it did not have a view of the Haram.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety

1) Sunken mattress 2) Bathroom was small and water overflow and sink stopper missing 3) Room was not cleaned for 4 days and when they did clean bedsheet was not changed no terry linen till 8pm.. so can’t take shower at all. Have to call several times 4) Funitures all chipped and bubbled 5) our suite room bedrooms aircon control panel is outside the unit and maintenance guys need to do it and we can’t control the room temperature

Comfy bed, breakfast had different options.

Hotel is more like 3 star. You can tell it’s very old. Everything needs refurbishing. I was shocked this was rated 5 star. Bathroom had mold and everything was broken. Very dated and dark. Qaba view room had a good view but the area is currently under construction which is disappointing. This ruined the view. Considering how much more I paid for this room I expected it to be clean and upto standards. But it was actually broken down, dated and dirty. I was actually so disappointed. They need to do a big refurbishment in their rooms. I paid so much for this for 6 nights in other countries for the amount I paid I would have had a luxurious room. To get into hotel you need to take 2 lifts. You will be waiting all day to get up and down and need to give urself time to get to prayers on time. You need to go down through the mall to even get to the haram. The lifts are so busy it’s actually a joke. I would not recommend this hotel and nor will I go back to this.

It was near haram.

There was smell in my room and had to change it. Next room AC wasn’t working well. Staff wasn’t very helpful I had to call 3 times to get something from room service.

After some anxious moments of complaints regarding the room. We were given another room with a view of the holy Kaba which is special.

The issues in the bathroom are, leaks in the bathroom, taps not functioning. Carpets are dirty and old. Heating and AC not functioning, with switches broken. TV not working. Beds were soft and old was sinking in. .The rooms are not fit for purpose it's old and needs upgrading. Suppose the hotel is exploiting the demand for the close proximity to Kaba. Some authorities should get involved in maintaining standards.

Everything was bad this visit starting with no connected rooms for my kids and the receptionist promised to change later and they didn’t, clean less was very bad, I must call for making up my rooms otherwise no cleaning and once I called to clean up and they just spray some perfume at the room.

Nothing to like about this place. You wouldn't get a good thing during your stay at this hotel. Absolutely ripoff

The front desk team had limited or no proficiency in English. Absolutely no customer service skills. Bad attitude and unwillingness to help. I booked a three-bedroom, and they gave me a two-bedroom and snuck into a third bed after we arrived. No one was picking up the phone to request a room service. No access to a microwave. Not a good value for money.

The price is little high and also the room that I booked was with partial kaaba view but still Kaaba was not that much clear to us like I saw in the picture from booking.com

they initially gave us a room that smelled very bad, the room smelled so bad we had to take our luggage and go down to the reception. they gave us a room then which was slightly better, until we discovered that there is no hot water, we had to wait for 4 hours and after 5 calls to the reception and 2 times going down and speaking to them, they managed to fix it temporarly- the hot water was gone after half an hour. the rooms were low quality, the furtniture is old and the AC is so loud it wakes you up from your sleep.
