L'unité est située au 3ème étage d'un immeuble de 24 unités directement sur la plage! Ses nouveaux propriétaires sont ravis de partager leur propre coin de paradis balnéaire avec vous!

Chaque chambre a été impeccablement meublées avec modernes, des pièces haut de gamme et la décoration. La chambre principale et le salon ont une vue incroyable sur la plage et le golfe. Tout dans le condo est flambant neuf ... du haut nombre de threads égyptien linge de lit en coton, des serviettes, plat de télévision à écran, et beaucoup de placards et des tiroirs. Vous prélassez quand vous rentrez chez vous après une longue journée au soleil, et tomber dans vos lits flambant neuf confortables!
La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles, avec un retrait queen size dans le salon. Le maître de bain a une grande douche et une armoire à linge entièrement approvisionné. La salle de bain d'hôtes, aussi pleine grandeur, dispose d'une baignoire et douche, et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin!
La cuisine gastronomique a tous les appareils que nous pourrions penser, y compris une machine à café Keurig, énorme micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à glaçons, et un lave-linge / sèche-linge. Pour le cuisinier en vacances, les épices sont dans vos armoires, et il y a tout ce que vous devez servir votre famille et vos amis lorsque vous divertir. Nous croyons que vous trouverez tout ici dans la cuisine de Bella Sol que vous avez à la maison!
Une maison de plage ne serait pas complet sans tout ce dont vous avez besoin de marcher 50 ou si pas de la plage et de commencer à vous amuser surfside ... serviettes de plage, chaises, écumoires, bodyboards, parasols, chaises, des nouilles et des jouets! Le bâtiment a seulement 24 unités, de sorte que vous aurez pas à combattre des foules ici- juste sortir et plop-vous dans le sable! Avant de revenir en place, rincer sous la douche extérieure et prendre un bain dans la piscine chauffée, où vous trouverez une salle de bains pour votre commodité.
Pour le vacancier moderne, nous avons également équipé l'appareil à haute vitesse stimulé WiFi, ainsi que d'une imprimante sans fil en cas de besoin. Il y a une télévision à puce dans le salon, donc sentir libre de signer sur l'un de vos comptes de streaming vidéo. The condo was beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds and furniture. The beach towel station was really convenient too. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the beach was quiet and peaceful as it was not crowded. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the rental was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the ability to walk to some great restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again, one of our favorite beach rentals!

We enjoyed our visit, loved the balcony and comfy chairs there! Living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and the sliders gave a great view. Microwave would be more convenient moved out of the corner and it would be great to have a light blanket on beds (in addition to comforters)Everything was clean and building was quiet. Two parking spaces are super! We hope to return!

Lovely stretch of white powdery beach 10 mins away from the crowds. Water is clear and does not drop off quickly so great for children. Pool is small but clean. The condo is spacious and the balcony is wonderful and we spent most of our indoor time out there. You can easily walk to many restaurants, but nightlife is not really the emphasis in this area. All in all it is a wonderful property if you are looking for some peace and quiet at a gorgeous beach.

A gorgeous spot right on the beach. Comfortable master and living/dining area. Appliances are marginal at best. Bathrooms need updating as well. But we love it; 2024 was our 5th year spending 4-6 weeks there.

Upon arrival we noticed not only a clean, but well maintained unit. The “Welcome” boxes in the kitchen and bath were so thoughtful not to mention the lovely bottle of wine left for us to enjoy! It was a wonderful surprise to find 2 beach chairs that were “regular” size as the low chairs are impossible for us seniors to use! We also loved the comfortable balcony furniture. The kitchen had everything you need. It was great to find different supplies that previous renters left. It was a wonderful experience and I would rent this unit again! We stayed in two different condos in this building managed by another company and can say they did not measure up to this standard. We did notice that some of the pool chairs needed replacing or at least repaired. The building was quiet, safe and common areas cleaned daily. It was a plus to have two excellent restaurants within walking distance (Keegans’s & TJ’s). Thanks!

I highly recommend this condo. It has a large kitchen that is well stocked. Extremely clean and the owners supplied a weeks' worth of dish liquid, a sponge, wipes, dish washer cleaner, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath crystals, and lotion. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower is wonderful. We sat on the balcony nightly to relax and watch the amazing sunsets. Walkable to several excellent restaurants. The beach and pool were clean and there were ample beach supplies for us to us including beach towels and chairs. The owner checked in to ensure everything was going well which we really appreciated. No problems with noise from other guests.

Lovely, tastefully decorated, well equipped and perfectly located on one of the finest beaches in the world. Management is responsive, we had a minor issue that they jumped on and corrected the same day. Smaller building in comparison with some of the high rises in the neighborhood, slows the pace a bit. Great food in the immediate area. Most shopping needs within 10 minutes.

Very clean and beautiful condo. Our kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook including spices. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and the outdoor furniture was very nice. The condo is also stocked with lots of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The sunsets were amazing! We will definitely stay at this condo again.

This property is exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the beach towels and gear set up at the entrance of the unit…very convenient and something not all owners provide so this was a perk. The complex was quiet and very well taken care of. Pool guy was there 3 times during the week to clean. Beach of course was beautiful. Love the entire area. Property Management (Seaside) professional, friendly, responsive. Check-in simple.

This condo had it all! The view was perfect- straight through to the gulf with NO obstructions from trees and greenery. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the remote control fans and lights in each room. My favorite part was the spacious kitchen where there were many pots and pans for cooking. We never ran out and always had enough to cook for our family of 4. There were also many spices and a few basic pantry items available which made it great for adding something to your grilling meats. The grill was charcoal, so we used the kitchen to make all of our food. We even enjoyed the wine left by the owners as a gift for our staying. It was such a treat to stay at Bella Sol!

Our family of 5 loved this property! The condo was in good working order and well outfitted for beach and in the kitchen as well. The beds & living room furniture were super comfy. I especially loved beginning my days with morning coffee on the balcony with that gorgeous view and ending them with sunset happy hours! Lots of great restaurants in the area, easy drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete. My husband and I enjoyed the park across the street for tennis and it looks like there’s a community pickleball open play there as well. Sharon in the management office was very responsive and helpful. Love the Indian Rocks community, everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our week. The condo was amazing! The only drawback was the living room furniture. It was not as pictured but it was new. The problem was that it was too low and the seats too deep for my 5’1”” body with bad knees!

This condo is so nice! Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the large deck sitting at the table or relaxing on the cushioned patio chairs. Wonderful view of the beach. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!

Condo was spotless and a great layout. The view from the patio was priceless. Perfect location. You could walk to everything. Never needed to get into your car. One of the most relaxing vacations ever. The unit had everything you could imagine and then some. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved this condo and the location. Several restaurants within walking distance or an easy drive. Highly recommend Guppys and the Salt Rock Grill. There were lots of extras that were a nice touch - beach towels, water noodles (we used both), and many others, including chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is well stocked, too. The beds and living room furniture were comfy. LOVED the balcony and the easy pool and beach access. It's seriously just a few steps away. We will definitely be back!

This unit was beautiful and we’d certainly stay here again and recommend it, also. The unit was exactly how pictured, perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we bought was an inflatable raft which we just left for the next vacationer. We were able to walk, and not use the rental car, to shops and restaurants and the nature preserve that was about 5 blocks south. The beds were comfortable and there were an abundance of bath towels and beach towels. The patio was very comfortable with the oversized chairs and the large dining table was perfect for our family of 4 to eat breakfast and dinner on. I cook one night a week and had everything I needed to cook BBQ chicken, fries and a vegetable. We usually stay in Perdido Key but I think IRB will be our new spot. We’ve never seen such beautiful sunsets and ocean water. This is a beautifully decorated unit and the little surprise the owners left us was greatly appreciated and consumed the first night 😉 The location of this unit is great as Clearwater is just a a few miles drive north and the furthest south we went was John’s Pass and that was about a 15 minute drive (speed limits are only 30mph). The beaches were quiet and not crowded at all.
