Beautiful, peaceful grounds in a busy part of the city. Pool if you're able to use it. Fantastic position for further travel as its nestled close to both Gruz Harbour and the bus station.

Host was very friendly and flexible. Unfortunately we never got the chance to use the pool as it is only open for part of the day, which never aligned with our schedule. We had the studio apartment which I would have liked to be bigger for the price. Bathroom in particular was very small.

Rooms were a bit simple, no windows and not much space. Pool is only available 10-19 and was also closed from time to time during the day.

Emila (staff) was very lovely to deal with. The property was immaculate, and very close to the port, where we were catching a ferry the next day. The pool area was clean and had ample seating for the guests.

Location is nice and quiet and not too far away from the Old Town, around 10 minutes drive. The room is good size, small room for a short stay it is acceptable. The shower was good and powerful.

The Parking: I notified the host to let them know we are coming by car and want to park. They did not tell us that the parking must be paid to them in cash when we check in. They were not helpful in telling us where to park after we checked out, they said we are not their guest anymore so cant park with them. If you need to park, then the nearby ferry port is a good price parking and easy uber ride to the old town. We understand there is parking problems in Dubrovnik, but the host was not helpful in informing us where we can park after we check out, we spent a long time researching and finding the parking in the ferry port nearby was lucky! No coffee or tea in the room, there was a coffee maker and kettle but no tea or coffee available, we were there for a short stay so we would not buy whole packets of tea and coffee and assumed the host would provide 2 peoples worth for our stay. The pool is small and you can only use it for a short period of time in the day.

Very friendly hosts. The location was perfect for us with a bus stop just 100 yards away. Room was well equipped with everything we required. Bed was comfortable.

The owner, Emila, is an excellent host. Knowledgeable and helpful to guest. Apartment well provided with all necesary amenities and a beautiful garden. Location in close proximity to food, farmers market and bus stop.
