Fantastic location close to the Cathedral quarter. We had a corner room on the top floor. Very comfortable and modern with a nice bath. It was a good stopover for a Saturday night. There are lots of quality restaurants nearby.

It's not a criticism, but the breakfast room is small and simple. It's fine for a pitstop breakfast. It was a welcoming space and the food was nice.

The location is fantastic and there was parking available at the back.

The room was a bit musty smelling but when we put the fan on and opened the windows, it helped.

Everything was good

It was centrally located. There was parking (not that I needed it, but it was there). They had my booking. The room was as it looks in the photos. The bed was comfortable. The window had blackout blinds so it was easy to sleep. It was quiet, I only heard people in the morning but then I wasn't there except at night. The towels were good. The room was clean. They let me leave my suitcase there for a few hours the next day.

Nothing big, but a lot of small things. Kind of tired, dusty place. Third floor with no lift. Low ceiling because it was the attic. Shower was weird, water ran hot and cold at random, no shower curtain so water went everywhere. There was no wifi in the room, or if there was they didn't tell me about it. I went downstairs for a drink in the bistro and it took about 30 minutes, maybe longer, to get one. It was fairly pricey but then it was a busy weekend so maybe that was a factor. It was a place to stay, nothing specifically bad happened, it was satisfactory.

no elevator to our room. we had to drag our luggages to our floor in a very narrow steep staircase . staff were really not that helpful . it’s not really a real hotel ! no check in counter . the waitresses were the checkin people. . the steak was bad .

Very good location. Everything was clean. we were able to check in before check in time.

The ceiling in the bathroom in the attic rooms is very low and is not suited for anyone over 1,70m. That was not a problem for us since we’re not that tall but here’s the warning for those that are.

The room was spacious and super clean. The staff was lovely and very accommodating, and the location could not be beat.

It was pretty noisy, which is to be expected given the location and didn’t bother me too much. I really missed small amenities in the room that other places had: hot water kettle, tea, coffee.
