Great location, easily accessible, very friendly hosts, any questions we had they would come to the apartment to provide us with information. They provided food and drinks on arrival. The accommodation was very clean, they sorted our taxi at a very reasonable price to get to the airport. They provided information on some local jumping spots. I'd definitely recommend staying here

The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful and you could watch the boats go by. The apartment was very clean. Great location, about 15 min walk from the old town and St Jakov Beach which was beautiful. 10 min walk from nearest shop. Perica and Bob were lovely and very attentive from the moment we got there, with Perica even making us some food for when we arrived late in the evening! Fridge stocked with some wine, beer and milk. Stunning coffee also which we had every morning on the balcony.
The air-con was very loud making it difficult to sleep some nights and the advertisement states two bedroom apartment, however it is one bedroom and a living room with a bed in it.

Everything-the view was amazing, Bob and Perica were amazing-they couldn’t do enough for you.
They thought of everything, even down to the toothpicks. The room was comfortable and great for our family.😀

The apartment hosts are just wonderful people! Everything was prepared for our arrival, they were waiting with the keys and helped us park the car at a private spot. The owners live in the same house, however you don't feel a lack of privacy. The apartment has a huge terrace with amazing views of the old town and sea. It has 2 bedrooms, small kitchen and a nice bathroom. Dubrovnik old city is around 15min walk away. The old town is full of tourists and packed all the time, with this location you can expect your quiet piece, yet are close to the centre and close to the beach of St. Jacob which is gorgeous! Honestly, we were so lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to combine a bit of history, with beach, but staying in a quiet location, and be treated super well by the hosts! Thank you!

We loved our four night stay at Apartment Perica. The highlight is the patio and the view as everyone mentions. We loved watching boats and birds from our deck. We also enjoyed the rocky beach several steps below the apartment. Morning swims were our favorite. The hosts were exceptionally helpful. They left a delicious gift and wine and answered all our questions. It was a 20 min stroll down a gentle hill to the old city. The AC worked best when all doors to the bedrooms were shut. (Two AC units) We appreciated the washing machine in the bathroom. The shower was very nice. The two bedrooms are a good size for storing belongings. The included parking spot was perfect too. It's a unique location that we will never forget.

The apartment is fabulous! Super friendly hosts met us, showed us everything, and prepare some snacks and local wine&beer for us. The view from the terrace is stunning! The apartment is very close to the city center, the beach is downstairs. There is actually everything you need for a perfect stay!

It’s a very satisfying staying. Everything you need is well prepared. The host/ owner is very friendly and helpful. She even came to pick us up when we got lost in the neighborhood. The staying left us a wonderful impression of the country and the city.
