The location is excellent, close to subway and airport.

That we had 2 room changes, first room smelled of cigarettes and outside the window it had tons of cigarette buds as well as 2 cigarette burns on blanket next to window. We told reception and they kindly moved us to another room, unfortunately that room had a lose door lock that key struggled to open and second time trying to open just popped off lock lose, we notified reception they gave us another room, that room was fine on the surface, unfortunately upon leaving I noticed a couple of bites on my chin, the that evening, once I had left hotel and flew home, I noticed I actually had bites all over my arms, face and arms, the bites swelled a lot, it seems I had an allergic reaction to the bites, I notified hotel. haven't heard back. Hopefully the deal with what to me seems to be an infestation of bed bugs. No complaints regarding how nice hotel receptionist was, she accommodated the previous 2 issues. Massive bed, great bathroom, fantastic WiFi, exceptional value for money.

I'm nitpicking for a 4 star hotel that cost me less than €100 for 2, for 3 nights over New Years, but the staff weren't particularly friendly (that can just be the wrong people), some the sheets were uncomfortable (but you can just remove those), and relatively speaking it's a bit far from a metro station (but we're talking 10 minutes walk, there's just a lot of places closer to one in Mexico City).

⛔⛔Be aware ⛔⛔- No Internet in the rooms (I asked other guests and I stayed here 24 h.). Only in the reception. I asked to fix the Internet but nothing was sorted out. So if you do smart working or use Internet as tourist, this is not the hotel for you.

Great hotel! One of the only hotels in CDMX at this price that isn’t a dingy sex hotel. While there are a few others, this place is relatively centrally located, the bed is far more comfortable than other places at this price in town and the bathroom is big!

Nothing bad to say about this place, I’ve been in Mexico for 10 months and for the price of this hotel it exceeds all expectations

Really clean and spacious room. Walking distance to the center as well as metros. Good restaurant in the lobby and surrounding areas. Would stay again.

Staff knocking doors at odd hours. Need the Please Don't Disturb/Make Room sign door thingie.

I think the room is a comfortable good size and the Queen bed is huge. Another highlight is that the service staff cleans and restocks the toiletries daily. The English speaking Receptionist Hector is also a delight to deal with. The hotel is a few blocks away from the trendy Roma Norte as well as Metro Doctores and Niños Héroes.

I think the WIFI can be boosted and some upgrades made to the flooring/skirting.
