Our stay at the Oceania Condos could have been close to perfect.
The condo was very nice with a comfortable bed, nice showers and a gorgeous view. The grounds were beautiful, close to Eagle Beach and had lovely swimming pools.
Kenneth, Head of Maintenance, was super helpful- he welcomed us when we arrived and successfully addressed a minor issue we encountered in our rental.
We were willing to ignore the exterior construction/upkeep/painting/construction noise that was ongoing and even the noise from construction at the adjacent property; however, when construction on the unit DIRECTLY ABOVE our unit began 9 days into our 14 day vacation and we were listening to circular saws, hammering and tossing of lumber, it was unbearable.
Anne at Prestige Vacations Aruba was very professional and helpful in processing a refund for our last four nights as we could no longer stay in our rental unit.

Easy access to Eagle Beach. Staff is very helpful with check in/out including transportation to and from airport. Very clean unit. Our only suggestion is to add ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area.

The property was even better than the listing as the furniture was updated just prior to our visit. It was exceptionally clean. We ate in for breakfast and lunch and enjoyed great dinners at nearby restaurants. Josh greeted us at arrival and gave us plenty of local information that was helpful to our stay. Overall this was a great experience-fabulous property.

The condo is beautiful. It is clean and new and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. There is a large grocery store within a mile and many restaurant choices. There are pools available on the property and the ocean is right across the street. I would definitely rent this again.

Nice spacious unit but our deck looked onto a massive construction project. We woke to cranes and steel moving with noise from 7:30am-3pm. Although we had issues with our air conditioning, the property manager and concierge were very gracious and helpful.

Pictures and location of unity were exactly as advertised. Perfect location directly across from Eagle Beach with 3 awesome pools on site of complex and excellent security on site. Grounds very well maintained and ultimate in quiet and relaxation. We will be back for sure as Vrbo well respected in providing excellence.

Such a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful condo! So clean, very updated, equipped with everything needed for a great stay along with views of the ocean and sunset. Property is so nice, gated entry, pool areas clean and well kept. Communication with property manager is fast and efficient! We will be back.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

Better than the pictures! Perfect Stay!
The condo was truly right over the most beautiful pool and stunning view of the ocean. The beach was across the street but looked like we could touch it. Absolutely stunning in every way. The staff at Oceania and the folks at Prestige were amazing. We definitely plan to return. The condo was well appointed. We loved the fact that there were 2 very spacious bathrooms, a laundry in the room and that the kitchen was so easy to use. The BBQ on one of the 2 patios made a couple of our dinners very memorable. We just can't say enough positive things about our 11 night experience. COMFORTABLE, BEAUTIFUL AND DELIGHTFUL PEOPLE.

27th Anniversary visit
My husband and I stayed at this property July 22 through July 31st and it was amazing. It is very convinently located near both towns and the grocery store. The unit was just as described and has spectacular views. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect relaxing vacation
Our 5 night stay was perfect. The check in and check out went smoothly. The condo is actually nicer in person. It was very clean and larger than expected. The two balconies have great ocean views. The sunsets were amazing every evening! Although we never sat by the pools, there were very few people and lounge chairs were always available. Every day we walked a short distance to the gorgeous Eagle Beach with the beach chairs from the unit. You need to get down to the beach very early (8am) to get to use the free huts. If you don't get down that early you can pay for an umbrella ($25) and if you want lounge chairs ($10). The beach was empty most of the time, but on a few occasions busloads of cruisers were dropped off at the beach. Even when the cruisers were at the beach, there was still plenty of room. The low rise area is much less crowded. I definitely recommend this property; however, there may be construction starting next to the property. Not sure if it will be disruptive.

Wonderful property and service!
Very nice and large 1BR condo, with 2 balconies - one off the BR and another off the living room - both with unbelievable views of Eagle Beach. Two full bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen, the only thing we we needed but couldn't find was an oven mitt. Nice beach chairs provided to carry the short walk across the street to Eagle Beach. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and was not crowded, except one day when cruise ships were in port, so needed to get out early to secure a coveted palapa (thatched umbrella); there's a web site you can google to find out when cruise ships are in port to plan accordingly. Gated property with a security guard for vehicle traffic at the rear of the property and 2 combination lock gates at the street entrance across from Eagle Beach. Prestige Vacations was awesome to deal with before arrival and during our stay. We didn't experience any problems, so our only interaction on site was during check-in and check-out. Only constructive feedback we can offer is that the check-in process was a bit confusing - we arrived and the security guard gave us a key code and contacted Prestige to meet us in person. It wasn't clear exactly where we should meet the representative and our room actually didn't have a number on the door! We found the room by process of elimination, but were unable to open the door because the keycode we were provided was for the gate, not the door (this is where we didn't receive adequate instructions and were confused). We were starting to get nervous, as we stood around with our luggage, wondering what to do next, but as we were in the process of figuring out how to make a phone call in Aruba from a US cell phone, the Prestige representative arrived. Everything after this point went very smoothly and we would gladly stay in this unit or with Prestige in the future. Don't miss nearby Super Food for stocking up on groceries - we went several times and it's a great place. Also, don't miss Madam Janette's restaurant, a very special place, also nearby, with live music and an expansive menu; we went to other fancier and more expensive restaurants, but this one was the most memorable.

Eagle 323-2 condo
We stayed for 6 nights. The condo is clean with beautiful views. We gave it 4 stars because not directly on beach. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk then we taxied back with groceries. Please note that the supermarket does not provide bags. You bring your own. Also you have to pay to get a shopping cart. Tulips next door is great. We ate dinner at screaming eagle. All within walking distance. We had lots of fun. the condos are very quiet and low key so great for much needed R&R. We recommend!

A great stay and vacation!
This was our second time staying at the Oceania complex in Eagle Beach. The Prestige Team again went above and beyond to help provide for a vacation that was extremely relaxing and stress-free. The condo is great, very spacious, and just as described. The Oceania complex is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. Be sure to eat at the Screaming Eagle right next door and Papiamento (10 minute drive). Michelle (Prestige) reconfirmed all of our reservations and helped us to make new ones during the week. This condo and complex is highly recommended to all that visit Aruba and are interested in staying in Eagle Beach. Thanks again to the great team at Prestige!!

Wish we were still there
Our first getaway trip to Aruba was most enjoyable due to the wonderful accommodations, gorgeous Eagle Beach and location in the low-rise district. Our Oceania condo was immaculate and the amenities (pools, work-out room, access to beach, high-end kitchen and bath facilities, laundry and deck with grill and unbeatable views). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly ("One Happy Island"). They arranged our airport pick-up and rental car. The nearby Super Foods grocery store had everything you would want (great cheese selection!) and the condo is walkable to several restaurants (Screaming Eagle and others). We recommend going in May when there are NO crowds and weather is spectacular (80's). The National Park and snorkeling at the northern beaches are recommended. So is just hanging out and swimming at Eagle Beach! We would stay longer next time.

Wonderful trip
My husband and I came for our first trip to Aruba to celebrate our twentieth wedding anniversary. We found the condo to be beautifully decorated, VERY clean, and well stocked. The best feature of the condo was the view from the deck. We spent hours on the deck overlooking the pool and the beach. There were very few people visiting Eagle Beach when we were traveling (early June) so it was wonderfully relaxing! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Aruba. It was also very convenient to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

First Time in Aruba
What a wonderful vacation! This was our first experience n Aruba and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. We opted not to stay in the high rise area and are so glad we did. We loved the quiet of Oceania (323-2) and Eagle Beach. Although we had to cross the road to access the beach it was worth it. The beach was quiet and we had no trouble finding shade. The swimming is spectacular! The condo was great as well Much more room than we anticipated. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The best part was watching the beautiful sunsets each evening from one of our two balconies. Aruba is indeed a happy island and the people are so friendly. Prestige Realty was easy to deal with As prearranged, we were met at the airport and Rachel got us settled into the condo. There are wonderful places to eat on the island. Our favorite places were Pure Ocean (you eat right on the beach) and Pinchot's Bar and Grill in Oranjestad. No need to rent a car - taxi service is easy. My husband and I can't wait to come back to this wonderful place.
