The apartment was great. Excellent hosts, very kind and welcoming. The location of the apartment is perfect also. Right beside the old town of Hvar.

Great balcony. 20 minute walk to Pokonji Dol beach along main road, 10 minutes through rocky forest path. 10/15 minutes into town. Very clean. Washing machine great for families. Dishwasher available. Towels, bin bags, washing liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper all provided. Good air-conditioning for main living room.
Main bedroom is extremely warm as the ceiling is the floor of the sun exposed carport above..concrete slab absorbs sun all day then radiates the heat into the bedroom all night. The air-conditioning unfortunately doesn't reach this room so it stays hot all night.

An amazing property with a fantastic host - Maja. It’s the perfect location- quiet, a short distance from the sea / town centre and close to a supermarket and restaurant. The apartment was spotless and have all we could need. I could happily stay here for a week or longer.
Nothing- we’ll be back again soon.

The owners were very kind and the appartement is great and very clean, although maybe a bit outdated. We had a nice terrace ass well and it is also located close to the beach and the city center. Would highly recommend!

From the first email/message we have established a successful and informative rapport, family Balić were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too difficult, just a perfect host.
My ground floor apartment had its very own veranda shaded by a luscious grape vine.
Room was spacious and king size bed was an extra plus. Bathroom spotless, AC unit working fine, and one if the best restaurants in Hvar just down the road literally seconds away.
While some 10 minutes walk to the centre of Hvar, our little bay had everything for a easy and relaxing holiday. Supermarkets near by, cafés, and taxi boat for near by islands of Jerolim and Stipanska beach.
I am so coming back, but that's to be expected eh 🙂

High ceilings, spacious rooms, nice view from balconies, big comfortable beds, very clean and neat. The host was also very friendly and disinfected our hands with a nice brandy spray on arrival :)
When we come to Hvar again, I would surely say here.

Very quiet appartment where you can get a good rest and at the same time you're only 20min walk away from the very lively town Hvar. There is a lovely bay just 2min away with restaurants. Owners were very friendly.
