Proximity to where we had to go to schedule and get information about work

The parking was a cramped but my husband is a good driver and was able to park in such a little space

Breakfast was fine

Room security Awful kitchenette and uncomfortable bath that doesn’t at whole match the beautiful old design

The location and the front desk staff were excellent

Love the location . Staff did excellent job and went out of way to accommodate and help. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed.

Location of room faced street and was noisy. I would stay inside not facing street next time to avoid noisy street cars and people. There was election going on and lots of activity in streets with that. Still not a big deal as I had earplugs.

The staff was very accommodating, assisting us with a taxi to the Loja Airport, also personally delivered wine glasses and an opener for a bottle of wine we had purchased. The bed was very comfortable, hot shower, and there was a refrigerator in our room, which was great because I had medication which needed to stay cold. The breakfast was very good, and the waitstaff friendly.

This is a personal thing, but having the dining area open to the pool made me not wish to use it. The idea of guests watching us swim while they were dining did not appeal to me.

Everything was great

The hotel is quite lovely, a bit of old world charm. Beautifully decorated throughout with a beautiful pool. Thehelpful staff made our stay comfortable.

The only negative was the room was stuffy and a fan for air circulation would of helped..

Room was clean.

When I reserved the room, the price for 1 or two people were the same. When I brought another person, they charged me $25 extra. That’s ridiculous. The tv was broke, the controls weren’t working, the breakfast was only for one person even when they made me paid $25 for another person. They wanted to pay $10 extra for breakfast for my friend. They won’t see me again. For future customers, make sure you ask before you make a reservation with this hotel. Also, when I wanted to use the pool, it was closed for customers because someone reserved the restaurant which means no one was allow to use the pool. I won’t comeback to this hotel.

Their professionalism was exceptional, from the manager to the staff. However, we would like to extend a very special thank you to Eduardo at the reception desk and Daniel our server. Both we out of their way to accommodate us. They even set up a private table for us to have our supper. better than some of the name hotels in the USA.

Extremely good location within walking distance of most museums etc. The hotel is beautiful and thr rooms comfortable and the staff very helpful

The pool was unheated and breakfast ok but not quite as as good as one would expect from this quality of hotel but still overall an excellent hotel and will stay here again

Central location, friendliness and kindness of the staff, excellent breakfast. We were allocated a really nice room, but there were noisy builders in the neighbourhood. We were immediately moved to another room

The second room was comfortable and clean, but somewhat tired. It was fine though and w e really enjoyed staying at the hotel.
