The receptionist, I believe her name is Panagiota, was super helpful to us and has been nothing but wonderful to us during our stay. She gave amazing recommendations, and was very helpful with our reservations for the day. Highly recommend.

friendliness of the staff

The location and view from the front and back of the hotel were so lovely and a real treat! The pool and day beds are comfortable and really great for relaxing The lady at reception was an *elite* host - her service was fantastic, nothing was too hard for her and she was always polite and happy. The beds were very comfortable The room is controlled by a touch pad which feels luxurious The cleaners were SENSATIONAL, each day our room was perfectly topped up, cleaned and felt brand new and fresh. Everything was changed mid stay (we stayed 4 nights) and our new towels were made into swans which was such a lovely touch!

When we first arrived, we were put in a very average room - there was no proper window (just a glass door that had a blind), and a tissue box sized window in the bathroom. The bathroom smelt stale, was tiny and the roof was slanted so I couldnt even stand properly in the shower or sit on the toilet. The aircon was weak and overall it was claustrophic. It didnt match pictures of the room we ordered on Booking.com. Thankfully we were able to change rooms, into a room which was spacious and had a lovely window and excellent aircon. It seems that as many rooms as possible are being squeezed into the spaces We didnt have breakfast in our booking. We tried it complimentary on the first day, it was basic but nice and sufficient on that day. We then paid for breakfast for a second day which was very average & disappointing compared to our first try, it was poorly stocked and we had to ask the waiter/cook for the eggs & milk to be topped up, the cut melon had run out, and there was no fresh tomato & cucumber (was told it wasnt on the menu for the day, the substitue was a soggy biscuit with tomato puree and cheese - which really wasnt an alternative at all, or tasty unfortunately). Im glad we hadnt paid for 4 breakfasts. It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room for the evening.

We had a garden room but the view from just outside our room was wonderful. The pool was up on the top and overlooking the harbor and little town of Naousa. Spectacular view and beautiful at the pool side. The Breakfast was lovely every morning and they had a great coffee machine :) Staff were outstanding and a big shout out to Panagiota who gave us so much info on restaurants , laundry etc. So friendly

The host Panagiota was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful with everything and gave some fantastic recommendations. The location was great too, 8 - 10 minute walk to the town which was perfect. The views from the front and rear of the hotel were amazing sea views. I just cannot recommend the hotel enough. It really was so lovely.

Villa Irini was the most peaceful villa I stayed at. The room was simple but comfortable, the sunsets were beautiful and the walk to the town was super easy. and the cats 😍

absolutely amazing views, rooms had everything you needed, and the staff was so nice and kind. location was a short walk to the main port and city, but far enough away to avoid all the crowds.

The location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The pool was wonderful even if not salt water. The view from the pool was amazing. The room was very modern with touch controls, and LED lights. Plenty of parking on the street if renting a vehicle (highly recommended btw). Room was cleaned very well every day.

The first room we got was supposed to be Garden room, but ended up with one small window looking out to a wall. We upgraded to another room. The WiFi in the other room was practically non-existent, so we ended up using cell phone data the entire time in the room. Had to turn on the water boiler about 15-20 minutes before taking a shower for there to be hot water.
