it was comfortable and clean, and in a good location being very near to the main street in Bamburgh.

the beds were a bit on the low side but okay for a short break.

great quiet location with lots of internal space. clean bedding and comfortable to sleep in beds.

Although good to have a dedicated parking space, this was at the rear of the property which is problematic when unloading & loading the car. The apartment is up a flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues this is probably not the apartment for you. Also some of the decor is dated with mismatched flooring, but nothing major, just needs a little bit of TLC.

Lovely apartment close to the village and the beach. Beautiful location with lovely walks.

Parking space is quite tight especially if you have a big car.

Good location to explore Bamburgh

Sadly we stayed during a storm and the power went out at 11pm on our first night (Friday) and didn't come back on till Sunday afternoon. We contacted the owner as with no heating or light we couldn't stay and asked if we could be credited for another couple if night at a later date but she wouldn't offer that. We drove home in the Saturday and returned for the last night on Sunday. Apartment is OK but takes a long time to heat up. Visit in the summer!

Judith the host was most accommodating and every appliance you could desire was provided along with every single instructions manual very organised in a ring binder bless! The location is excellent and great value for money

slight hiccup on arrival. no heating on and bitterly cold. using information pack and texts from helpful owner managed to warm up but no heat in bathroom or kitchen until next morning. Shower is over the bath, difficult for less mobile but we managed.

Getting used to electric heating but all fine and we ended up nice and toasty

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was in an excellent position and only a short walk to the castle and the beach.

The location was brilliant and apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Our hosts left a generous welcome pack that was much appreciated and the apartment had all that we could want for a lovely break.

Perfect location , the apartment had everything you could possibly want or need for a holiday , will definitely recommend it and definitely stay there again . What a lovely touch , bottle of wine and box of chocs .

The location was great. 5 minutes walk into the village centre. Easy access ie no key to lose or having to share keys among the three of us.

We didn't have breakfast, but our apartment was stunning. Very comfortable. Being right by Bamburgh Castle was amazing, albeit was closed for filming. Thankyou so much for the wine and chocolates too.

Good location close to the sea, castle and all amenities of the village. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. easy access due to keycode rather than physical key.

The weather! (clearly not the host's fault). Ditto very few places were open in Bamburgh due to covid restrictions, but what was open was nice.
