Was looking forward to the breakfast but lockdown prevented it. Not a problem it happens. It's war. As an American volunteer I look forward to bacon and eggs in the morning and hamburgers and steak during my down time.

The war limits my stay but it's always nice to stay at a Hilton.

Every was good except for my bad experience when checking out
About the breakfast, I deposited funds for two mornings then I realised I will not be able to make it for breakfast for the second morning which I gave 24hrs notice to the front desk receptionist. After checking out, I expected a refund but I was denied that and the lady who gave me this information was rude.

Always amazing and helpful staff
The very very small print telling that the pool and spa were shut! On page 4 of my receipt! And This should be at the top of the page. As a regular customer its not normal to read 10 pages on booking.com to stay 1 night.

as a person that choose always Hilton for a hotel to stay when ever I go if it is business or pleasure and I been in a lot of locations of Hilton, Hilton kiev stuff not matching the standards of Hilton. reception with a very low standards, when I pay 690 dollars per a night I expect to get best service, something was far a way from what I got here. I will think twice if I will choose again to come here again.

We booked a room with a city view via the booking panorama. Unfortunately, a big surprise awaited us on arrival. This amazing room was on the 3rd floor. We disagreed and wanted another room. Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to offer us a room on higher floors, so we went to the Fairmont Hotel, where we had a room with amazing views of the river. We had a bit of a feeling that if we had an order through booking, we would get a room that was left….

It’s a very nice place inns very good location. Rooms are good and food very good. Most of the staff is nice and friendly.
The check in needs to be improved. There are not
approximation devices for credit cards or Apple Pay devices. And the reception staff should be well trained, it’s far from it. Beauty it’s not sign of competence.
The room TVs, at least on executive rooms, needs to be replaced for modern and smart ones, with last streaming apps. It’s unforgivable the situation.
