Nothing we had to change hotels after the first night,I am still waiting for a refund

Very cramped rooms, when I complained that two adults and a nine year old child can't sleep in one double bed and that there is nowhere to put an inflatable mattress I was told that my child was not a person so I haven't paid for her and I should have checked before I booked if we can all fit.Also no balcony and not very good bathroom when you have a shower, water goes all over.

Hotels best feature is that it is close to the beach already there isnt other feature. All hotels in mamai is close to the beach. Room was tiny and dirty. We didnt like it and if we known we dont stay

The location is good, very close to the beach and the restaurant.

The bed wasn't comfortable.

Location is perfect, hotel is near the beach, room was very cosy and clean.

For that period price is very overrated.

-the room was not cleaned when we arrived -we mentioned in the booking that we have a child but we did not get extra pillow or blankett -the air conditioning unit was faulty and you had to wait a while for cold air to arrive

Cheap and perfect for one night

When we arrived the security person told us to park on a specific spot, he told us to move forward with the car and then I hit a barrier that i could not see but that the security person should have seen. Because of that i damaged the rental car, and I told the security person that he should have told me to stop but he denied everything I said, i showed him the damaged to the car but he did not want to listen to me. Very disappointed about that
