小孩很喜歡上下鋪，廁所配置也很好，空間更大不會很擠。備品應有盡有，飯店人員很nice

よく利用してるホテルですフロント、室内清掃その他スタッフの対応全般良いので快適に過ごせました。食事も美味しかったです。繁華街やコンビニに近く飲食に困ることは無いです。ドラッグストアも複数あるので風邪などの急な体調不良にも対応できます。近くに日本２位の高さのHARUKASやTENSHIBA公園や動物園もあり観光にも最適です。

食事に若干の手違いがありましたスタッフが迅速に対応してくれて不満はありません。 いつもよりアフタヌーンティーの品数が減っていた。ホテル提携駐車場が先月より24時間1000円から12時間1300円に値上げされていてホテルからの1000円補助特典を利用しても負担額が増えた事前に知らせて欲しかったです。

This is our 3rd stay at Bali Tower and we are delightfully impressed by the condition of everything! The maintenance is well done and room is kept as new as our first visit. Size of room is huge and we have our own massage chair in the room to enjoy. Plenty of freebies they offer including free drinks every day. Location is so handy and staff are excellent. Will come back again.

Crazy amount of amenities with massage chair, sauna, huge bathroom.

A little too much stuff all over the place with mini samples and signs all over the room. Good stuff, but a little over the top.

Great location only a few minutes walk from a main station. The hotel provides so many free things you really feel that you are getting good value for money. We stayed for two nights and were given 8,000 yen worth of vouchers to spend on things in the hotel. We used them to pay for breakfast. We also got two afternoon tea vouchers which meant we could have a free afternoon tea for both of us on two days. In addition, there are unlimited free alcoholic drinks, snacks, access to a games room, laundry and an amenities station.

The room was quite small and very dark. The decor could do with being modernised. The breakfast offering was quite limited - you are given a Japanese breakfast and the option to make your own pizza.

The service staff is very friendly, the meals are very good, and the bathing supplies are all made in Japan.

It's a pity that the massage chair is a little faulty and the TV is not an intelligent

The location is very close to Tennoji station (within 5 minutes walk) and the surrounding shopping. There are a couple of FamilyMarts around for necessities. Several eateries around complement those you can find in Tennoji station, which has so many options. The hotel also gave us 4000 yen worth of vouchers to redeem for stuff like extended check-out times and food at the cafe. We were also allowed to get drinks and a bowl of ramen at the restaurant on level 3.

The room was a little small for my liking. The floor in front of the toilet and shower was raised about 10-15cm higher than the rest of the room, which made moving large luggage a hassle.

Fantastic room (1305) with amazing views across Osaka, especially at night seeing all the city lights. The bath was brilliant, the jets and shoulder waterfall feature made for a nice relaxing treat in the evenings after exploring Osaka all day. The free amenities offered by the hotel were a wonderful extra for our stay.

Nothing, this was our second stay at the hotel and we would stay there again if we go back to Osaka.

They seem to care about their guests.

The only thing that was a little difficult was the lack of storage space for suitcases.

We enjoyed being able to easily get around using the nearby station and waking to the nearby park and Shinsekai area. A big surprise was all of the amenities the hotel provided. Being an American, we are skeptical of items being offered in rooms as they usually charge extra fees. Here, many items are free or included with coupons in the room price. The staff did their best to help us when needed, even with limited English speaking (we understand very minimal Japanese words and phrases- our own fault). I truly appreciated their effort!

It’s probably not the standard, but a larger bath towel would be nice.

I didn't like so much, because the interiors of building was so boring not modern

Its a 2nd fantastic time for our family! Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel caring for every aspect of our stay. Will just keep recommending friends and coming back for future stays ..

A v minor point which will be an extra double bonus if there are at least 2 pillows for each guest for our family room of 4.
