Got the room upgraded, very spacious! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very natural place; peacock, monkeys, squirrels, birds are your friend! my son loved it!!
Bathroom - water goes everywhere when take shower, no hot water in the morning (7-9 am). Shared fridge is a bit dirty

architecturally stunning
lack of food available which wasn’t made clear in the booking (lots of the photos are of food) and it’s not that suitable as a self catering place due to location of the kitchen. there are good food options around but it wasn’t that suitable for families due to the catering arrangements.

Mega calm environment for the perfect holiday. Best sleeping time ever, so quiet place and rooms with AC and fans. Away from the main road, little bit like in the jungle. Everything is little bit far away and you need always tuktuk to move to Weligama or other way to the best beaches around, but it's nothing (all locations around 5-15min tuktuk ride) :)
On the hill. 200m downstairs there's really special and hidden secret beach.

Pefect view from the best room (Hilltop 4 room) to the sea and perfect for sunbathing.
Hotel manager and staff - very kind people. For example, we had 2 different changes in our 2-week stay plans, but they always found the best solution for us.
We have travelled a lot, but this Villa was perfect for this money.
Really simple breakfast, maybe even too simple breakfast - only aspect, which comes to a mind, what this property can "improve". :) Thank you for the perfect stay!

The room wasn't cleaned throughout the stay (3 nights). More breakfast options would be better as well.

This Villa offers an amazing infinity pool, spacious rooms, a stunning common area plus peacocks running around!
Staff is great and everyone including the manager is really helpful and up for a conversation - they make you feel like home.
Location is great, although 5-10 Min. Tuk-Tuk ride far from Weligama Beach, but that was what we were looking for. Here you won't feel like in a touristy hotel - the area is really calm with nice surroundings. You can take a stroll to the next beach by foot (5 Min. walking distance). Tuk-Tuks are mostly available outside the entrance. Staff won't enter your room for cleaning, unless you return your key - privacy is highly esteemed!
Pool area is fantastic! I also appreciated not having a 24h beach bar there. It's not needed.
Sunbeds could have cushions though. Not needed, but would give a better atmosphere for people who are uncomfortable lying on plastic beds.

Beautiful location, peaceful and wonderful views. Easy to walk to Jungle beach or down the hill to the main road into town. The place is refined and luxurious but lacks facilities you would expect for the price. Beautifully clean, fabulous infinity pool. Great breakfast but quite pricey for Sri Lanka at $7.5 pp.
What a shame the pool pavilion has nobody there, no drinks served and even the fridge didn’t work. Sun beds are plastic with no cushions (until requested) or umbrellas. Food has to be ordered well in advance. No fridge in the room even for your own drinks.
We had a “briefing” from a rather officious manager on arrival which felt more like a lecture!
