One room had a very loose door handle. It was also unusual having hand basin in the kitchen rather than the bathroom. The other room had issues such as a loose toilet seat, shower would not turn off, overbed lights not working.

Check in was done with a machine at front of reception, they sent plenty of info via email on the process Check in- room dispatched in a box below and every thing worked. They have done a good job of moderniising this place- Very clean & tidy & good price point! Very quiet, comfy beds

It was cheap, the bed was comfortable,,easy to book in and key drop out, friendly cleaners.

Decor, dodgy door lock,no security chain mount ( Door had been forced open at some time) odd smell, the motorcycle of long term resident filling the room with fumes, AC not working , inconsistent service due to short staffing and no way to contact management. Flickering bedside lamp. Suspect stains on walls, headboard,doors.

The location is great! The rooms are spacious & the beds comfortable!

The repairs done in rooms are noticeable & make the rooms look cheap & run down.

looks like an older motel that has had just enough work to present simply but neatly. park in front of room. different coloured doors make it easier to see where your room is.

the $100 bond was unusual. I assume it will be refunded without issue.

Good value for money. No staff, a card swipe system is used. Rooms are basic however, for a cheap bed, they are good.

Almost derelict , a throwback to a rundown 1980s motel. I am amazed your company could be associated with this sub-standard property. To charge $140 dollars is an insult, and to be hit with a $100 damage surcharge ( which has still not been refunded ) for a room that was already damaged. Nobody was in attendance when we arrived ( approx 4pm ), and online check in faciliyies only available. This is not mentioned on your web site, I would never book with that option.

Convenient location, just off Hume Highway. Good for overnight stop only. Close to food outlets.

Did not appreciate automatic $100 good-behaviour bond, applied without warning.... indicative of nature of expected patrons. Noisy guests in adjacent room, shouting and arguing until 3.00am.
