Pool was great but controls on spa were not functioning properly.

In heavy rain there were multiple leaks

We loved the Heated spa , and the prompt service of Niche Luxury Accommodation. We had a few small issues , but it was fixed very quickly. thanks.

Only one thing , the large couch in lounge is outdated and very low and uncomfortable, needs replacing.

Great distance to the beach and Hastings street shops. Lots of space for the 8 people in our group. 4 bathrooms. Comfortable, cosy bedrooms. Nice open plan living spaces. Indoor abs outdoor dining options. Nice quiet & efficient fans in the bedrooms.

Upon checking in we were told that the spa wasn’t working which was a little disappointing. There was a leak in the kitchen/living area which created quite a puddle so we had to leave towels in this area the whole stay. The internet connection did not work the whole stay, with the service person telling us that the problem had been rectified but upon review by the property manager in fact it had not been rectified. One of the bar stools was broken and the BBQ was missing knobs and cupboards needed to be repaired. The front door could really do with a catch to hold it closed for convenience when trying to keep kids in or outdoors, it will only stay closed by locking it.

Location fantastic. Great group booking with family friendly floors.

Spa not working and fully ducted a.c not accurate as is zoned and needs a service

Large formal and informal spaces, good air con, great pool and close to Hastings Street and Noosa beach

Front door wouldn't shut fully unless the door was locked - just a minor inconvenience due to only having 2 sets of keys between 11 people
