Ce charmant condo 1BR est situ�� sur la rivière, à côté de l'auberge Stowe et taverne. Il se trouve à distance de marche de tous les magasins, restaurants et ��piceries du village.
Les propri���taires ont récemment install�� des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, des meubles de salon et un téléviseur �� écran plat 42 pouces avec lecteur Blu-ray permettant la lecture en continu pour les films après le ski près du feu.
Le condo dispose également d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une machine Keurig pour le café, le chocolat chaud et le thé.
Charmant condo 1BR sur la route de montagne avec vue sur la rivière! Beaucoup de lumière naturelle vous entoure dans chaque pièce. La chambre principale dispose d'une terrasse privée donnant sur la rivière, idéale pour se détendre en plein air!

We visited stowe for the first time a little over a year ago and couldnt wait to return. Stayibg in town was so convenient. We walked around town visting shops and enjoying the food, drinks and views. Our biggest thrill was watching the giant bear snacking in the dumpster...lol. he was so relaxed for being in town. Condo was nice and wed return again. Thank you.

A lamp between the sofa and the love seat would have been appreciated. My laptop would not connect to the modem in the unit, so I did not have internet while I was there. We did connect with your tech team and the were great in trying to figure out how to fix the problem, but nothing worked to do so. Thankfully, my husband was able to connect right away.

The property is absolutely perfect and in the ideal location. It is a 2 minute walk to the main street - great shops and restaurants.

A great cozy condo next to the heart of Stowe. It was clean and had everything we needed for a ski vacation including a great washer and dryer. A quick drive to Stowe or you can take the ski bus. You can walk to down town shopping and restaurants. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with and even checked in a few times during our stay. Definitely recommended as would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location close to town and the ski resort. definitely needs some updates as both of the pull out beds were broken. it would also be nice if it was a little more clear how to work the gas fireplace. but the hosts were very responsive and did fix the fireplace and offered an air mattress.

The location of this unit is stellar!! We were able to walk in two different directions to access restaurants and shopping as well as trails in and around Stowe. The location cannot be beat!!
Customer service and communication was 100% awesome and responsive, the check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and when we needed a fan and a baby/dog gate, both items were delivered in less than 24 hours.
The property was as advertised and totally fit our needs. It was clean and tidy and the bed was SUPER comfortable and we loved the porch that overlooked the river below where we sipped wine and played hands of Uno! But the bathroom is a little dark as no light in the shower, the AC units were super loud, and the porch and front door need a little TLC.
We would stay here again though as the small deficiencies are vastly outweighed by the advantages!

My wife and I rented the property to attend a wedding in Stowe. The location of the property was perfect for walking to downtown and access to the bike path. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a weekend getaway. The management company was excellent to work with and provided details about the access well in advance of our arrival. Would defintly recommend this unit!

We were absolutely thrilled with everything. The only exception is that the outside desperately needs some power washing.

The construction next door has kicked up some dust this summer and power washing is scheduled for the fall, when they are finished. Love love love!!! The inside of the property is beautiful, up-to-date, well stocked and extremely comfortable. The only reason we gave it a four is because the outside desperately needs to be power washed and cleaned. We were thoroughly blessed with the service that we experienced from Kelly. Top-notch customer service. This company rescued our vacation! Thank you so much!!

The condo was perfect for our getaway. Spacious and clean. We were close to town but had a back patio and great brook behind the property that allowed us to enjoy a quiet evening. The team at Stowe Resort Homes were attentive, professional and easy to work with. Check in and check out were smooth and they checked in with us during our stay!

Great spot, place could use some TLC
On the positive side, the location can't be beat. With the river right behind the condo, you can fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of running water over the rocks in the riverbed. And, the deck off the bedroom is a great place to have breakfast, lunch, or just lounge.
On the downside, the place is in need of an update. The rugs are worn, the caulking around the bathtub is mildewed, and the A/C units are a disaster. The one in the living room is too loud to use when you want to watch TV, and the one in the bedroom has no control knobs, making it pretty useless. Luckily, the nights were cool while we were there, so we didn't really need them.

And we really love the in-unit washer/dryer, which a lot of properties don't have. Kelly was terrific, very responsive and helpful. We especially appreciated her dropping off our forwarded mail every week.

Great location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location to Main Street was perfect and the size of the unit was bigger than it appears in pictures. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. There was a nice welcome package for us when we arrived as well. The apartment is well stocked and there was even laundry pods to do our laundry which was a nice bonus. The only downsides to the property are that the parking lot is not paved and there aren’t sidewalks. It was rainy while we were there so it made for a bit of a muddy mess getting ourselves and our stuff into the unit. Other than that, this was a great place for us to stay for a fall getaway. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

A bit deceiving
The outside stairway was very dirty, the air conditioner in the main room was extremely loud and put out heat at times, the gas fireplace was putting out heat and when I spoke to the owner to find out how to turn it off she told me to adjust the thermostat down. The thermostat was as low as it could go and she said I would have to turn the propane off which she preferred I not do since it would require her contacting the propane company to turn it back on. The door to the little deck was stuck and the deck, which was the only other exit, was dirty and unswept and basically unusable. The kitchen was not well-supplied enough to cook in and the Teflon was scratched on the pans that were there. I was also unable get the TV and Blu-ray player to work and the owner was completely unhelpful when I called and asked for help. The photos make it look like a nice place, but it was generally unpleasant to stay in and not worth the price.

Great location that had exactly what we needed… And were able to use the property quickly before we left for our for our trip home even though it was a late check out.
