NÃO GOSTEI DO QUARTO SEM JANELAS, PARA UM DIA NOS COLOCARAM NO ULTIMO QUARTO DO CORREDOR, NO ULTIMO ANDAR, SINCERAMENTE NEM DEVERIA SER UM QUARTO PARA UM HOTEL 3 ESTRELAS. VIMOS OUTROS QUARTOS E PARECIAM OTIMOS, PORTANTO NÃO HAVIA AGUA QUANDO CHEGAMOS, SO CONSEGUIMOS NOS BANHAR 5 HORAS DEPOIS. DISSERAM QUE ERA NA RUA. MAS NÃO HÁ UM RESERVATÓRIO? CAIXA DE AGUA? O CAFÉ DA MANHA BASTANTE SIMPLES. TIVEMOS QUE PERGUNTAR SE HAVIAM FRUTAS. SÓ ASSIM...

Was trying to get a higher star rating hotel but the return stay is not available. Tried this one. It was great. Not the largest room size luxury hotel room. The ambience, the deco, the people, the service… anything you can think about are top notch. They provide coca tea all day. Drinking water, hot water all day. If you have early tour plans that will miss breakfast service hour, they will pack a box lunch to pick up. Very nice breakfast, both the sit down and the takeaway. Last and most important, its location is super. Very convenient to everything. Note: Cars cannot get to the front door of the hotel. When arriving we were a little scared about the location the driver stopped at. If there is any downside, this might be it.

Really lovely little hotel with a beautiful courtyard, and excellent service from the staff - helping us find the correct bus station (even phoning the bus company to double check), easy bag storage for Machu Picchu trek, early breakfasts. Location is also great for the main plaza, coffee shops and restaurants but this can also be a negative.

Worth flagging that it is on a very noisy, party street and literally opposite a club so it does get noisy in the rooms at night and we weren’t even the room closest to the street. But AirPods in and we were fine!

El desayuno muy bueno, los recepcionistas muy amables, siempre muy atentos a prestar ayuda o solucionar dudas. Las niñas del comedor muy amables al atender durante el desayuno. El hotel rescató ese aire antiguo de las casonas, aire histórico, nos pareció muy bonito y cuidado, muy limpio. La ubicación excelente a pasos de la plaza, de restaurantes, todo cerca.

Todo estaba muy bien cuidado, nos encantó que tuviesen un termo con agua caliente y hiervas o tés con distintos aromas en unas salitas de estar, así si uno llega tarde después de una salida a algún tour, llega a relajarse con una infusión, ¡excelente!

Localização ótima, funcionários muito gentis. A recepção com um chá foi surpreendente e muito hospitaleiro.

Infelizmente perto do Hotel existem bares com muito barulho. Apesar dos quartos terem isolamento acústico não resolve totalmente o problema. Nos colocaram em um quarto mais silencioso. Não é culpa do hotel, mas os gestores do município deveriam tomar providencias pois o volume barulho e a extensão da festa, que vai até a manhã, excede qualquer limite razoável. Minha solidariedade aos gestores do hotel que tem que lidar com esta enorme dificuldade.

The street is loud at night but the hotel does a good job of blocking out the noise in the rooms

The hotel is on a busy, party street but the rooms are all in the back so no noise issue at all. As a matter of fact, I didn't realize the street kinda 'never sleep' until i had to be pickup-ed at 4am and partiers are still on the street! The location is super convenient to anything you need in the city center. The star of the property is the front staff team. Everyone of them are friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again without hesitation!
