Son varios puntos a destacar entre lo que nos gustó: primero, la ubicación. Es sumamente céntrico, a una cuadra de la plaza de armas, a pocas cuadras de otras plazas y a una plaza y media de donde te dejan todos los transportes de los tours. De hecho, por ser tan céntrico, los transportes te pasan a buscar al mismo hotel.
Segundo, la limpieza: el aseo es a diario, y las chicas que cumplen esa labor siempre están prestas a ayudarte en cualquier cosa extra.
Tercero, el desayuno. Definitivamente el personal del desayuno te atiende mucho mejor que en cualquier restaurante al que tú vayas. Te ofrecen preparaciones que hacen ahí mismo y según tus preferencias. Tienen una gran variedad cosas ricas para comer, lleno de detalles. Me hubiese gustado dejar una felicitación exclusivamente para ellos. Una disponibilidad de oro al momento de servirte, y si bien es tipo buffet, prácticamente no necesitas pararte a nada, porque ellos se adelantan a todo.
Cuarto, las habitaciones: camas cómodas, limpias y equipadas, baño amplio, el agua sale con presión y a la temperatura que tú desees. Dentro de la habitación hay un pequeño hervidor con tazas y té a disposición. Quizás, podría haber una especie de clóset un poco más elaborado y con mayor capacidad para mantener el vestuario más ordenado, puesto que los muebles que tenía nuestra habitación eran bastante sencillos, y hacía ver todo muy desordenado.
Quinto, aguas: el hotel tiene disponible en todo momento hierbas de distintos tipos (con sus descripciones), así como tazas, infusores, teteritas, mate de coca ya preparado, agua caliente, agua helada, entre otros. En fin, tienes disponible para prepararte agüitas calientes o frías cuando luu7ùo necesites. Mantienen siempre limpio ese sector.
Respecto a la ubicación, y a pesar de que es muy favorable que se encuentre centricamente, por las noches se alcanza a oir la música de un local nocturno que hubiese preferido no oír, ya que la fiesta dura hasta el amanecer.

Our room was at the front/ street side of the property and about 10 times every night a very very loud car alarm went off, waking us both up, as such there wasn’t much sleeping to be done.

The entire place was exceptional, the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms large and clean, beds very comfy, and breakfast was delicious. Absolutely would return to stay again!
The only thing I would say that could improve was the shower drainage, sometimes it would flood a little bit in the shower.

Amazing service by the staff to make you feel comfortable! Love the free breakfast every day (the staff at breakfast were so lovely) and if you're departing for day tours too early (~4am), they pack a breakfast for you!

-location was excellent, 2 minutes walk from the main square but not so close that it was too loud

-weird layout means that most rooms have no window to the outside which made the room warm during the day. A balcony room would be worth the upgrade if u think u will spend any time in the room during the day.

set in a great location near the centre of town, easy for exploring. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was really good!
we loved everything about this place except for the lack of awareness the hotel do not inform its patrons that on Friday, Saturday and even Sunday night there’s a very loud nightclub that plays music until 5am. we stayed for 3 nights and the first 2 nights we hardly got sleep, even with ear plugs. if we had known this, we would’ve picked another hotel. this hotel needs to discount the rooms that back onto the nightclub and advise the patrons or invest in sound proofing.

the staff are brilliant - really thoughtful and go out of their ways to look after you! the breakfast is great and even if you have early trips planned, they pack takeaway bags which is such a thoughtful touch.
our room backed on to the reception as well as a busy street - the hotel needs much better soundproofing. the sirens from the street, noises from a bar below and music / people and coming and going at the reception meant we slept really poorly when we have trips with early wake ups planned.

great central location, walkable to all the attractions in cusco, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a few early morning starts, and they packed us a breakfast box to go, the breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, good hot water in the shower and strong Wi-Fi. plus they provide free coca tea 24/7 to help with altitude sickness.
minor issue, but the only window in our room faced the stairwell, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy and the room was quite dark.

The hotel was quaint and centrally located. the hotel clerk Karen was so kind. breakfast was good and there was a superb restaurant just down the block.
There are stairs to get to the hotel. normally no problem but with the elevation it challenged us!

I traveled to Cusco during a time where there was a lot of uncertainty from the political unrest. Cooper Boutique Hotel was both communicative and flexible when my dates had to shift for Machu Picchu. I am very grateful to them.
The room was cozy. The location was convenient. The staff were kind and considerate. And I enjoyed their French toast a lot at breakfast!

The service at Cooper Hotel was very friendly, especially the breakfast team. The room and bathroom was clean with fresh linens and towels.
The internet was slightly intermittent. Our room on the first two nights was close to a night club which the front desk changed for us after we returned back from a two day tour. If your a light sleeper, request a room with internal window.
