The check in and check out times made pur weekend very short. Wouldn't mind normally if we stayed longer

The location is absolutely amazing. Right on the beach front and very easy access to the beach and pool area. Braai facilities were always kept neat and tidy as well as the maintenance on the complex. The staff were very friendly and always there to assist you if need be. Sandy (the host) was excellent and always there if we needed assistance. Will gladly stay here again.

it would be handy to have a second set of keys for the number of people staying in the unit. Everything else was perfect and have no complaints.

we were made to pay R1500 as a brokage refund.we were only told about it after paying for the stay that its not included. after we left Sandy tells us that we broke a bag and she is going to charge us for it.mind you we were not given a list of the items,they checked by themselves.Sandy told us she is going to charge us irrespective,i asked what is brokage refund she didn’t tell me she didn’t give me a list of the items she only told me about the inverter,yes the place was nice but we were comfortable when we were outdoors because we didn’t want to break anything .I really don’t comprehend house is a beach bag R1500.im not happy with her treatment.I don’t know how many people have changed that brokage refund

Place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great views of the beach and ocean. Good accessibility to beaches. The swimming pool and braai area. Communication from hostess was great. Good cleaning service every day.

Without a doubt this was one of our favorite place to take a well deserved family vacation. The host was extremely friendly and proactive in providing relevant information prior to our arrival. Perfect location, right by the beach, which made it ideal for those morning walks and afternoon swim. We felt extremely safe. The place was kept clean and the cleaning lady was very friendly. Theres convinent shops and restaurants are nearby.

The location really close to the beach with beautiful views. It was clean. Cot was arranged for the baby.

The host was rude and unaccommodating in terms of that 2 adults and 2kids (3yrs and baby under 1) where counted as 4 guest(adults) even tho policy states there's a cot offered and children under 18were allowed to stay free when using existing beds. So basically 1room stayed empty. There was also a musky/Stuffy smell in both bedrooms even with the windows open. Also at night can hear loud croaking of frogs throughout the night. I think there's a canal near the building. I did stay at this place in 2019 and I noticed that there was still the same bedding in terms of blankets from 2019. The stove plate emitted alot of smoke. Also check out was between 9 to 9 30am which is very early. The domestic worker arrived at 9 and started cleaning while we were still packing up. I think check out should happen and once guests leave then only should cleaning begin. The lounge mat was plastic and the leather sofa were very soft and uncomfortable.

Very convenient for the beach and the main bedroom nice and big.
