The basics were there and sufficient (this counts for the kitchen and the room itself). We were invited for a barbecue on our first night which was unexpected and really appreciated. The premises are really nice with a garden and a rooftop where you can overlook the surroundings. You can also see that there has been time and love been put into decorating the premises with plants and flowers etc.

Our room was very humid as it did not get any sun. A few days before the end of our stay we discovered large patches of black mould around the windows behind the curtains and then, on closer inspection, also behind our beds. We were asked to buy our own toilet paper since this „is expected on longer stays“ as we were told. We also bought garbage bags and detergent (all fine if we had known ahead of time and if „toilet paper“ had not been amongst the things that was advertised as being included on booking.com). We had to clean our room ourselves and had to borrow the broom from the surf school as there was none other to find. Towards the end of our stay we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned and linens changed, so that was nice. Overall there were a couple of incidents where the owners appeared helpful at first but weren’t really available to solve issues if it came down to it.

Claudio is an amazing person. Late dinner on arrival was very impressive. You will get anything you need.

Very good location and size of the room. They have garden, table tennis, grill :) Very close to the beach and supermarket. The hosts were amazing! Helped us with everything! ps- they have a surf camp just right there in their spot.

Could be a bit cleaner, but it's mostly the complain to people who live there. Please clean nicely after yourself and throw your spoiled stuff from the fridge on time. Also be ready that you can hear everything that is going on in the kitchen and other rooms :)

Thanks Claudio and Helena for very warm stay. We enjoyed all 6 nights of being there. It was a little paradise :) All that you need is possible to found here. Also there is Surf school Silver Coast with very friendly and professional instructors!

The kitchen facilities were good and only shared with one other room. Good location for someone who wants to surf and close to the local grocery store.

The hostel has a surf camp run in the backyard and it started at about 8.30 in the morning outside the room
