We found the loft exactly as described and the check in process was very easy. A lot of things in the vicinity to do. Close to places we were interested in visiting

I will start by saying my fiancé and I were very much looking forward to our stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals because they do have such great reviews. The room was nice and clean, it has a cool view of Ponce City Market and it’s in a great location. Unfortunately I don’t think we received the service we deserved. When we arrived they asked us to wait a few minutes before we checked-in because they had a high volume of customers checking in at the same time. Once they were ready we agreed to meet at the elevator doors in the parking garage. We waited for half an hour until we were sweating from waiting in the heat before they came up. Other than that we really enjoyed the place our first night there. Our second day here the bathroom vanity light wasn’t working first thing in the morning. I sent Ayesha a text message addressing the issue and she responded saying she would put in a request but since we were visiting on a holiday it may or may not be fixed for us before we left on Monday morning. There’s only one bathroom in this unit and one mirror which is in the bathroom below the vanity light which was out. Luckily I was able to take it out and put it back in and it worked just long enough for my fiancé to get ready for the day. I did complain about it to management because we don’t think it’s reasonable to pay that much money and not have a bathroom light for the rest of our visit. Marianna, another manager, contacted me saying they have their own handy man she could send over if the problem didn’t solve it self, I guess she doesn’t understand how light bulbs work. When I told her it went out again they stopped responding to my calls and messages. No one answered me again until Sunday night when I went out to get food and came to back to find out I was locked out of the parking deck. They explained to us that they had more customers booked than they had parking passes and since they ran out before I checked in I didn’t receive one. Ayesha who is one of the employees had to get out of bed to come help us. On top of all the problems Marianna who is the main one in charge of Atlanta Luxury Rentals is very rude. When I told her the service was unacceptable she acted like I was being unacceptable because they have such good reviews that I should think it must be something I did. That’s what she told me. She also asked me if I was on drugs. I did say some things to her I probably shouldn’t have but she was so rude. And never apologized only excuses.
