Location was fab for exploring and the staff communication was fabulous !

We loved the location - right in the centre of Plovdiv. Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Clean & spacious room.

Hotel furniture is outdated with peeling paint and spots. Old dusty carpets in the room and dusty furniture. Bath was fine. The breakfast was not impressive. Old pastries and cereal. The hotel's facilities, service, and cleanliness have deteriorated significantly in the last few years. It used to be a top-quality boutique hotel with great food and service and now it is just an average hotel with dusty carpets in a great central location.
