Nice facilities, very friendly and helpful host

Natalija is really kind, helpful, welcoming host. She was very supportive, flexible if we needed anything. The apartment is very nice, modern, comfortable, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Beds and the couch are comfortable. Windows filter out the noise of the close main road. There are at least 3 BBQ equipment, and 2 wooden pavilions to get together (for meals or have fun there). Swimming pool is clean, cool, quite big. There are a bunch of sunbeds around that. You can buy very nice drinks and olive oil, and rent sup. There is a small but well equipped shop, ATM, restaurant and petrol station close to the house. The local beach is around 5 mins walking. You can use any bikes around the house, and old town of Rab is quite close with them. I appreciate the possibility to collect garbage selectively.

We were in the downstairs apartment consisted of a living room and a bedroom. The kitchen in the living room is very well-equipped. The terrace just looks to the pool and you can keep your beach stuff there which is also quite useful for families with kids. You can use bikes, as well. The owner lives in the house and she's very friendly and helpful.

There is no air-condition, neither mosquito net in the bedroom so it's quite hot at night.

Very nice host. We arrived late with the last ferry and Natalja was waiting for us to give us the keys. She gave us very good advices the next morning for our visits. Nice appartment. Nice swimming pool in the yard.

WiFi connection could be better but this is not the most important point for us during holidays.

Everything was great. The owner is super nice and helpful. Great place with kids. The apartment was nice and big. Excellent choice.

Lovely location, great hostess!

Nice view from top floor, clean, cosy, good equiped (lot of dishes), friendly owners. Close to the local beach, bar and shop.

Shower at the pool did not work. Close to the main road (traffic).

Everybody was nice and try to help. Good pool and toys for children. Parking place. Teras was cool.

Wifi is a poor quality, washing mashine only for extra payment, clima only in the living room, basic things as salt, or plastic bags into the trash basket are not available in the apartment. The double bed is only 140 cm which is uncomfortable for higher people.
