The receptionist lied to us: they gave us a room with broken AC (cooling system), and it was a super-hot day. When we asked them to change our room, they said they don't have any additional room available and they will send a technician to fix it and if it doesn't fix the AC they will reimburse us fully; The AC never worked, and they refused to reimburse us. Lastly, the shower drain was clogged, and water would pool.

Big apartment with two bathrooms. All the facilities you need. Restaurant was clean and staff there was very nice and helpfull. Parking was on site, with barrier. Wifi ok. A little family of cats with 3 kitties was the main attraction.

Bar pool worked only 2 days in weekend and the other two was closed. Not shure why. Reception did not prepare for 5 guests even if we paid for 5 adults. We had to ask for 5th towel when we cheked in and the day that they changed towels. I would suggest that reception would make aware the cleaning stuff how many persons per room they accomodate. Be aware that is far from Bodrum center and you need taxi or car to get there.

Absolutely perfect stay. Apartment was big, well equipped and very clean. Cleaning almost everyday. Really good SPA - try their packages. But also sauna free of charge. Good breakfast. Beach in 3-4 minutes of walking

Everything was unfinished. The rooms, the bathrooms, doors don’t close properly, kitchen utensils were dirty, drains don’t drain, toilets don’t flush. the place was a dump.

We looked for big apartment for a week coworking of three people. We needed a lot of space for comfortable work on laptop and zoom calls. We've got it.

On the third day of our stay, the internet became unstable and sometimes fell down. For three days hotel do nothing because his IT guy says that everything was ok. When I suggested reception guy call him on WhatsApp (and check the quality) he had understood the problem and had started to worry about it. So that's how we lost 3 days when nobody tried to solve the problem. And even after that, the problem was not solved before our checkout. We have a problem with the drain in the shower and sink. It was fixed in a slipshod manner. There are only three people in the restaurant who understand English and are on the ball (2 girls and 1 respectable man) — and they work different shifts (so the service in the restaurant was a lottery). Young guys in the restaurant mostly were bumbling and generated confuses one by one. Breakfast was normal but poor. If your stay is more than three days, I am not sure that paying for breakfast is a good idea. Music from the pool bar starts 11:00 and finishes only evening. It's not possible to have a zoom call with open balcony door.

We really enjoyed relaxing in this apartment. A good breakfast and a lovely underground garage. We especially appreciated the lack of mandatory prepayment and the possibility of paying on the spot in cash or by bank card. It is a pity that it was not possible to pay with a UnionPay card - this type of card is common in Russia and we paid with UnionPay for all our purchases in Turkey.

The slightly out of the way location so wasn't to busy. But easy to get to bars and restaurants.

If the wind was in the wrong direction you could hear the loud music coming from Gumbet late at night, but apart from that it was all good.

Very good location, 5 min walk from the beach, nice territory, very friendly staff. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Breakfast is modest: limited selection of food and almost no desserts. Cappuccino one can order only for additional charge - I find it outrageous. I also had an issue with toilet paper one day - it finished and I have to ask many times to the reception to get it. They were able to bring only next day... incredible
