Bienvenue à la Casa de Dunas, la location de vacances la plus récente et la plus cool de Folly Beach! Situé sur le côté ouest tranquille de Folly Beach. L'agitation de la rue Centre se trouve à 3 pâtés de maisons et l'accès à la plage est à seulement 1 pâté de maisons! Venez vous joindre à la fête! Ceci est une toute nouvelle maison avec tout neuf! Il y a 2 lits queen size avec de beaux draps et matelas confortables. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles / poêles, de la verrerie et des ustensiles.
Le propriétaire vient de terminer une rénovation de 8 mois de ce chalet classique de Folly Beach. Tout a été mis à jour au plus haut niveau. La salle de bain est carrelée et le reste de la maison est un beau coeur en pin. La maison est confortable et peut accueillir 4 personnes dans des lits (6 au total avec un canapé-lit). Le grand porche est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et profiter de la brise salée de l'océan. La cour est entièrement clôturée.

Overall, we were happy with this cottage. I chose it because it was a 5 minute walk to the 3rd street beach access point where our boys were having surf camp each morning. It was awesome being so close to the beach! We didn’t need to worry about parking & if we forgot something, we were able to easily walk back to the cottage and get it. Everything was VERY clean and I’ll take that over other accommodations every time. The cottage is quite small, similar to other small cottages on the island, but it was just fine for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 9) for the week. There is no dishwasher, which was fine since we mostly ate out. There is no kitchen table inside the home, which wasn’t a big deal to us, but it’s worth noting so future tenants are aware. However, there is a back porch that is screened in with a couch and two chairs and also a table with 4 chairs. I loved sitting out here because it’s shady and there is always a breeze, my family preferred the AC after hot beach days. Again, everything is extremely clean and I appreciate how they launder the bed quilts between tenants making sure everything is fresh. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at stones throw. Have a 2 year and 4 year old and it was close walk to beach access with two blocks and 4 blocks to playground. The area is very busy with visitors to beach on weekend, but was very walkable during the weekdays. Also very close to the beach city center with lots of great places to eat.

Property was clean and just as described. Location was great, one block to beach.
Only thing I would suggest is a light at the back door of the sunroom… it’s too dark at night to see the steps! Would stay again at this location.

Everything at the house was nice and clean as advertised.
We had two adults and two dogs it was the perfect location from the beach and downtown restaurants and bar areas.

Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach. The houses are very close but enough foliage gives privacy. The screen porch is comfortable and there are chairs in the yard as well. Great little spot!

Couldn't have had a better experience. The location can't be beat, as you're a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the center of Folly Beach. The home was clean, as advertised, with plenty of space and amenities. Would visit again!

I would get rid of the chair outside next to the grill as the bottom is completely gone and could get someone hurt. I was slightly disappointed in the grill. Otherwise the house was the best we have stayed in since we have been coming to Folly beach and had a great time. Thank You

Lovely recently updated home, steps from the beach. This location was perfect for our morning surf lessons from Isla Surf School. The back porch was fantastic and made us wish we'd booked later/earlier in the year so we could enjoy it more (it's the primary dining space) but it adds a lot of space to the cozy house. Just a quick walk, bike, or golf cart ride to Center Street restaurants and shopping. Host was responsive and home was very clean and well-stocked with basic amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing visit to Folly Beach this past week. The cottage was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We easily walked to the beach and into town. The management company was excellent with communication. I was confident if we had any issues, they would be easy to reach. Fortunately, our stay was perfect and we had no need to contact them during our visit. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We've come to Folly for years and always rented a place from a private owner but wanted to bring our dogs this time so we had to find a pet friendly place. While some renovations at our originally booked house caused us to have to choose another property prior to arriving it ended up being a blessing in disguise. This home was very clean and well appointed and was in a great location - easy access to the beach or to town. Bed was comfortable and screened in porch was a great feature. Nice not to have a bunch of stairs to climb for ourselves or the dogs. The fenced in yard was great, though there were some gaps of boards missing, which we brought to the property management's attention and they have assured us the problem has been fixed now so shouldn't be an issue for future stays. This was intended to be a one time stay for us but we enjoyed the place so much that we plan on returning again and again!

We were quite surprised with the cottage on 317 W Cooper upon arrival. It does not have very good street appearance but on opening the door it is very nice. Quite clean and efficient. Has every thing you could expect from a two bedroom, one bath cottage. Back yard is not as large as expected but comfortable. Shady lot. Enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here so much! It it so close to everything. Even though it is “small” the layout is so open that we never ran into not having enough space. The screened in porch was great. We will be back next year for sure.

This little house was so cute and had plenty of space for me and my adult daughter. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved hanging out on the porch. We didn't bring our pups but will consider it next time. The fenced in yard and porch would be perfect for them. It was a very short walk to the beach. Great place!

Superb location. Beach access was a one minute walk. Restaurants, shops, coffee, cocktails all within a 10 minute stroll. Stone’s Throw was well appointed and offered everything you need to prepare a meal. Owner has done an incredible job with this very comfortable beach bungalow rehab. Perfect choice for couples or small family. Our dog loved the screened porch and we felt completely at home during our stay.

The property was all exactly as advertised. The location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to the restaurant and bar spots on the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at "Stones Throw" last week. The property is very conveniently located to the beach and Center Street, where all the great restaurants/bars are. Being able to basically walk around the corner to the beach with all our gear and not have to drive/park to get to Center Street was a blessing, especially on the busier days.
The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Having a king-sized bed was really nice and we slept well all week. The screened-in porch was great for storing our gear and relaxing in the morning or evenings. We appreciated the outdoor shower/hose to rinse off sand and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our senior dog.
Speaking of sand, my only feedback is, it would be nice to have a broom to sweep up sand that inevitably gathers on the porch and floors. I may have missed it, but looked all over the house for one and couldn't find it. Very minor detail but otherwise, we couldn't have asked for a better rental for our vacation!

We loved our stay at Stones Throw! The listing is very accurate and the house had everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach and Center Street. The rental company was very helpful and organized. We didn’t need their services while staying as we had no issues but I had no doubt how to reach someone if we needed help. Our pup loved the backyard and neighborhood.
My only complaint is one of the fences was secured with a rusty chain that came loose with heavy winds. Our pup is tame and knows not to leave an area but a more spirited dog would have easily run off bc the gate was standing wide open. A new chain would fix this right up.

We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my 84-year-old father. The house was a perfect place for us to stay since most of the family lives in the Charleston area. We drove down from Asheville with our two dogs and had a great time walking everywhere. The house was the perfect size for us and accommodated all of us for an after-lunch reunion. The porch is awesome, the kitchen well appointed and the back yard perfect for our boys. Thank you!
