Värden har satt ut felaktig information om sitt boende där det framgår att det är privat ingång och matplats. I specifikationen framgår ytterligare information om att man får kaffe/tekokare, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och kaffemaskin. När vi kom till boendet så stämde inte detta utan det fanns ett kök som endast var till personal som förbereder frukost till de som bokat det. Detta innebar att man endast fick ett rum med eget badrum och sängar. Inga av de faciliteter som beskrevs fanns det tillgång till. Det fanns inte heller en privat ingång som beskrevs utan det var en stor lägenhet med egna rum där det var en tunn rumsdörr som var din "privata ingång" dvs det var ingen privat ingång utan du delar hall med andra som bor i detta B&B/kooperativ. Detta var ju inte det som jag bokat enligt beskrivningen utan ville avboka då informationen inte stämde överens med verkligheten. Värden ville inte annullera bokningen utan hävdar att det står rätt information på booking. Jag skickar bilder och förklarar för henne att det inte stämmer. Hon håller fast vid att det är jag som inte förstår vad som står fastän det framgår tydligt på booking det som jag beskriver. Värden ville inte vara tillmötesgående och jag hade inte rekommenderat detta boende till någon då hon inte tar ansvar för det som skrivs. En väldigt girig, respektlös och otrevlig person. Jag och mina små barn fick boka ett annat boende då det inte motsvarade det som beskrevs och vi inte var ute efter att bo i ett kollektiv utan egen ingång och egen matplats med kyl etc. Väldigt tråkigt att man som värd inte vill ta ansvar för det som de själva skrivit på booking och vill ha pengar för gäster som inte ens bott hos dom då det blivit fel pga deras egen oförsiktighet vid beskrivningen av boendet.

the property was clean and in a nice part of town

the owners were extremely unpleasant. they have very strict rules about the group areas, the wifi was terrible, and the hosts were cheap and unwilling to accommodate anything. the safes were broken in the rooms. We were a large group so we purchased 2 rooms for 3 nights, 4 days. We asked for some extra towels for a room that housed four people because they kept closing all the windows and none of the towels were able to air dry…..they gave us one towel. They were unwilling to try to translate the messages they sent before they sent them. The wifi was terrible. We used the group area for two hours maximum in the early afternoon when no other guests were there, and we received a message after telling us to clean the group area and that we are only allowed to sit at a table that “matches our room color.” Keep in mind this message was sent hours after we moved the chairs back to where they were. additionally each table for the rooms only had three chairs, but we have a group of four in one room. the staff was using the communal area in the morning and were very loud early in the morning and woke us all up. Lastly, check out was 10am which is an hour earlier than most places. And the woman who cleans the rooms sat outside our rooms with her cleaning supplies telling multiple people in our party that we had to leave and check out was at 10am at 9:20. We were all basically packed but she kept reminding us that we needed to leave. we left the property by 9:45 15 minutes before check out because we felt harassed. The property is clean and in a nice location but the owners make it not worth it. it’s an expensive stay and the owners have a jewelry shop across the street that they also own, so I find it amazing that they can’t give a group of four people more than one towel.

The location is just amazing, at the central part and also close to harbor. Walking distance to a close-by train station. We didn't take breakfast there, but they offered us some snacks and tea/coffee anyway. We arrived later than the regular check-in time and it was easy to arrange for this. Check-out was also very easy and we could leave our luggage till later.

The shower is a bit small, but not a big deal. There was some noise, especially from the common area in the early morning. We could hear everything. We were together with my friend, and they forgot to prepare the second bed with sheets. It was solved the day after.

Situated in the heart of old city, nearby everything You may be interested in, its clean, with large nicely styled rooms, good shower, and welcoming shared kitchen. Breakfast is ok, hosts are trying their best to assist You.

Parking in the old city may be very tough, dont expect it to be free at all. Yet some parking options exist around in the range up to 1 km…

Location was good. Hard to get there by car, but super central. Don't stay here if you want to sleep early though but good vibe to go out at night with super central access.

The cleaning lady who was sent to collect the taxes and check passports did not speak a single word of English and was super super rude and impatient. Owners were nice over the phone though

Everything was fine with our stay. The room was clean, beautifully decorated. There was a small breakfast although we did not order or pay for it. The host was very friendly. Location is good, near the center.

The shower cabin was very small, with a complicated shower with lots of heads and functions, which makes it difficult to just take a shower fast. The room was small for 4 people, but this was expected. There was no mosquito net on the window, and mosquitoes bothered us in the night. Kind of noisy in the morning.
