Our Butler, Isidro service was amazing!! The room was great as well. I don’t have one complaint, everything was super!

Almost everything was great! The room, the cleanliness, the check in and check out processes, the beach infrastructure, the butler service (Omar is great!) and the bar service (at the beach bar Charly is fantastic!). The only thing that was disappointing in the entire trip was the food (and the restaurants).
The food options and restaurants.
The only good options for food are the French restaurant and the Steak house and they both are open only for dinner (the French restaurant with reservations only). Those were the only where the food was well prepared and you would get what was described in the menu ...... in the other restaurants (the beach restaurant, the sports bar and the Italian restaurant) the menus says one thing and when the food comes is totally different.
Besides the French restaurant and the Steak house in all the others the food looked and tasted bad.
If you can set your mind to have an average breakfast (at the buffet) and stay at a wonderful beach drinking all day long and only have a decent dinner at 1 of those 2 options (the French restaurant or the Steak house), you will have no problem. But don`t expect more than that.

The staff was exceptional.
The food in the sports bar was terrible. Our room had some issues. Not many face towels. Our balcony door was broken.

My favorite thing about the property was the staff. After a few days much of the staff remembered our boys and made them feel welcome and fun for my young ones.
We had a great experience so I don’t have anything I didn’t like.

All the food was delicious, especially the a la carte restaurants. We loved the steakhouse! Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Pools were beautiful and clean and the beach was great. The themed drink cart in the lobby was one of our favorite things. Make sure to try it every night!

Breakfast was great, there were 3 restaurants we could have eaten at. Two were buffets. The food was good, there was so many options. The staff was friendly and funny. The entertainment was amazing. There was different shoes every night. The property was beautiful. We had a butler his name was montero his very hard working, he was a great assist when it came to booking our excursions and restaurants. The Japanese restaurant was all booked up from we arrived and he got us in. The chef there was amazing the hibachi experience was so fun. My husband and I loved it. When we arrived we got complimentary upgraded to a family size room 10/10 recommend that room if you travel it family. We stay for four days and that was definitely not enough days to enjoy everything. The beach is nice and they have so much bars that we did not get to experience because we didn’t had time, but that was a highlight the convenience of the bar location 10/10. We are definitely going back next year with the family.
I had a little bad experience with the language barrier. I speak English only and you had some chef who only spoke Spanish so they seems to get frustrated when they couldn’t understand my husband or myself. I definitely need to brush up on my Spanish the next time I go back and all the employees should speak a little bit off English

Everything was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful, food was delicious, and buildings and grounds were beautiful.

The Resort is very big, personnel is nice, friendly and helpful. The resort grounds are well maintained, the accommodations - less so. Out suit was spacious but looked “tired”: worn furniture, the jacuzzi on the veranda which we never used as we could see some blue traces of detergent, the shower had a smell and was not very clean.
The food is horrendous. There are plenty of options in various restaurants but all is to American taste. Of course one can eventually find a few things that are not “fried, greasy, tasteless” in buffets but going to restaurants that needed to be booked in advance( french, Italian, Japanese) was a terrible experience. French and Italian chefs in Europe would have had heart attacks looking at the food that was called “Italian and French” in the resort!
We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the french restaurant but ended up hungry (food was inedible) and without the wine we had ordered from the wine list (they could not find it but never told us about it). If they just said that this wine was out of stock we would have ordered a different bottle. But there’s no culture of wining and dining there like in Europe and waiters honestly think you are bothering them asking when you are going to have your glass of wine? Wine and water are always brought before food in Europe, but in that part of the world the starters (which we could not eat) were already taken away and the wine was still not there…. My husband was very angry and we ended up leaving the restaurant thinking whether we should laugh or cry…

Everything was well put together the staff were amazing. The lobby bar was the best our favorite bartender was Julio he is amazing. The Michael Jackson shows was awesome. Overall good experience

We had great time. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the time we walked in until the time we left...Our butler Jean Claude was THE BEST. He catered to our every need. He it checked on us to make sure we arrived home safely. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.
It took a little long for maintenance to come fixed the leak in our ceiling, but was they came it was fixed quickly.

Our butler Jacobs was very attentive to our needs and made our stay very enjoyable. Restaurants and service was very good. Staff overall were exceptional.
from building 4 exteremely long walk to the lobby where most restaurants were located. I have mobility issues and was offered a scooter rental at an outrageous rate of 75.00US per day. We were there for 14 days, it would have cost 1800.00US.
The hotel should provide a shuttle service to the main lobby.

The room had a weird mildew smell, rooms were a bit dated as well and had this weird old sofa. Daybed for swimup pool linens were dirty. Outlets in my room didn't work well

the staff are great very attentive our servers were Marisol, Stephany (the waitress) Cesar, and Manuela they were great with us, Jairo was very entertaining and our butler Henry was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed he even decorated our hotel room for my daughters birthday, they all work hard for their money. The hotel was very nice the pool was clean.
the room was not as clean as I expected, the food wasn’t good it was OK I am Dominican I was expecting real Dominican food but it was more Americanized they did have a very tiny section where they had Dominican flavors, the music in the hotel was on repeat, we went to the beach one day to relax but the vendors kept trying to sell us things the same vendors came to us like three times and the three times we said no. People come to the beach to relax not every time we want to buy something if people want to buy trust me they will find a way to but they wouldn’t leave us alone that annoyed us so we had to leave to the pool. The first night we had to request to change our mattress because it didn’t have a mattress cover and it had stains all over it was disgusting. We went restaurant one night and we had to leave they undercooked the burgers over cooked my steak and the portions were small.
