We would like to thank Joe & Julie for the wonderful stay at their Mountain Lodge. It has been a wonderful experience, just what my wife and I needed. On arrival, we were greeted by the beautiful Julie, who was very welcoming and polite.
The Salvatore Room was absolutely gorgeous, clean and well presented. It was very warm, cosy and very comfortable, just what the doctor ordered, a tranquil place, just to relax with my wife and I, and share a couple of days of rest and unity. Also taking in all the beautiful views and towns in the area.
Thank you for the wonderful treats you made, bread, cannoli and the pancake basket. Compliments to the Chef.
We highly recommend Mountain Lodge and we will definitely be back.

The experience was amazing. I loved each detail. We felt loved all the time. The spa bath was relaxing. The best was quality of service; they cared about us all the time. High recommended. We hope to come back soon.

We have stayed at Mountain Lodge before and find ourselves returning for the accommodation, location and without a doubt the abundant breakfast provisions and yummy afternoon teas. Julie and Joe are excellent hosts who always make us feel very welcome!

Julie and Joe were great hosts and rightly proud of their 8 years labour of love to develop the property towards its potential.
The Dandenong Ranges are special and the feeling of fresh air and wellness is carried on through Mountain Lodge. Fresh local produce was provided so we could cook our breakfast with the finest ingredients. Quality coffee was available in nearby cafes and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If you had a few extra days, combining the Dandenong ranges with the Yarra Valley would be a wonderful break.

Love the breaksfast basketd we receive each morning! The ambience was peaceful and waking up to the sound of birds was really nice. The handmade cookies and bread were tasty too.
There were lots of dead ants at the side and inside the bath tub of our salvatore suite.

Such a beautiful, tranquil, clean, comfortable and cozy place. The attention to details is just amazing!
We love the breakfast provisions, the bath, the fire place, beautifully decorated room and everything else there! Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended. The photos on the web don't do the justice of the actual suite itself. Definitely exceeded our expectation👍❤

We had such a lovely time. We were warmly greeted by Julie when we arrived, who took us through everything we needed to know. We then went on to enjoy the excellent breakfast and afternoon tea provisions, the very warm heater, and the beautiful surrounds.
The shower was a little awkward to use, but no big deal

Loved how friendly and attentive Julie was when we arrived - she showed us how to enter the lodge and quickly showed us around. Each morning we woke up to a very generous hamper at the door to make breakfast. The place was clean, cosy, warm, with lots of amenities like gowns, slippers, snacks, fresh towels and toiletries. The scenery was also amazing, we felt so secluded yet not too far from everything around us. Definitely a good little couples getaway - I would love to visit again sometime.

Every detail was amazing. The breakfast and other provisions were well thought and suited our preference. The cottage itself was warm, cosy and beautifully appointed. I didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Lodge. Julie and Joe provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the ample breakfast to the fluffy swan-folded towels. Thanks for a great weekend and we hope to be back sometime (:

We stayed in the Tasman Suite. Very cosy and comfortable. Host Julie and Joe were so accommodating. The little touches provided where exceptional. The property gardens are pretty and the location is excellent.

Lovely, cosy little room was perfect for a short break and some me-time. Owners were very helpful and food packages were very thoughtful and delicious. Especially enjoyed the home-made bread. Would love to come back again with my husband for a romantic getaway.
The shower was great but I was concerned about water going everywhere as it collected around the edge of the bath.
