On the day of departure, the chair, which was placed together with the table very close to the TV set (by the owner), fell over on the old 32-inch led TV set ( can not find the model - must be very old). Unfortunately, the screen has broken which was reported immediately to Mrs. Daniela. She required for a demage 250 EURO as compensation. Mrs. Daniela assured me that she would send us an invoice for the purchase of the new TV set and if it was less, she would refund the difference. By the way, the new 32 inch Panasonic TV can be purchased for 184 EURO. Despite many requests for the invoice within last month, I have received none, only dismissive silence. Sad.

Nice apartment close to the Stadio Diego Maradona. Perfect service especially from Daniela. She was very helpful to support our needs. Helped with our problem which we asked to assist related to game tickets.

The property is OK in terms of amenities - there’s everything you need. I would say it is noisy because the street at the front is very busy and it is right next to a tunnel that creates echo.

It is very important to outline that you cannot walk from this place to the center - public transportation is your only option and believe me it is very unreliable. The neighborhood is not very pleasant - no nice restaurants/ cafes or even supermarket.

First of all, the staff was extremely nice. Her English was very good, she was very communicative. Provided us a map with details about seasights. We chose Flegrea Rezidence because of the parking, which you shouldn't neglect at all in Napoli! You must reserve one when you book. It was an indoors private one and had the best price. The apartment was quiet and clean as your own home: no rust, no mold, no weird smells, no dust, no dirty walls. Sheets and towels immaculate. Kitchen totally functional and ready to use. Even had a washing machine and a small rack! We had electric rolling shutters at all windows - important for security. There are only 4-5 stairs to the elevator (for those who concern about that). You can order food if you want without disturbing anyone, because you have a intercom. It will be my choice for sure when I will come back to Napoli!
