The size of the room was quite generous, but some space was not actually "useful". Location is next to the beach and has a very nice views from the restaurants. Also since it is next to the seafront, it is very refreshing to have a morning or evening walk there.

Didn't like that one needs to book spa/sauna in advance and it is only 45 minutes and only one session per person. This is not something that is advertised anywhere, so when you get there and learn it is quite frustrating. Another thing which i noticed immediately was that somewhere in the room, when they wiped the surfaces, the wiping cloth was not fresh, so that you had a bit of that smell that one typically has when laundry stayed wet for a bit. We asked a room service to sort it out, and she was helpful, however don't think it was actually resolved at the end.

It was very disappointing to check into a five star hotel and expect there to be cocktails or a welcome drink. There was no alcohol served on site despite the hotel, Rachel cross the road having a bar and serve alcohol. Hey The bathroom shower did not turn off and was constantly dripping and the Fossett taps were constantly stuck hard to close. The room was fantastic and comfortable. The staff are friendly and courteous at all times. The level of attention to detail was just lacking for the standard of Hotel.

My short stay .

I was traveling alone and Mounia and everyone at the hotel took care of me and made me feel at home. I felt like I was at home.

The rooms are always clean and the facilities are impeccable. The service at the hotel is always friendly and some staff members that had been there on our previous trip remembered us.

As always, perfect stay.

For me the highlight was the personal attention to details from the staff, especially Mohammed and Jamila at the reception desk. The hospitality was exceptional. We got an upgrade and a cake for our honeymoon and sincere apologies for delays in receiving the baggage. Would definitely recommend.

There are some noise issues. Sound travels fast and while trying to sleep we could clearly hear the noise from the lobby area and the corridors outside.
