Ideal location. Spectacular setting for sunset. Condo is comfortable and well equipped and the hosts are very easy to communicate with.

Spent Christmas at our favorite resort. This condo was thoughtfully remodeled with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The living room was cozy with comfortable lounge friendly furniture and a view of the lake that can't be beat. We were able to cook a few meals thanks to a well stocked kitchen. Host was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for our great memories made on this trip.

Can't beat the location! In a complex but still quiet. Beach wasn't crowded even on a holiday weekend. Beautiful setting!

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed our long weekend get away. Loved that we were steps away from the beach, and a short Drive to town and restaurants. The condo was exactly as described. Perfect for 4 adults. We will rent again.

This condo was very nice (higher quality) and in the perfect location: right by the beach, walking distance to Glen Arbor, next to so many paths/rivers/lakes, close to the dunes. We especially loved the rocky beach since we are somewhat rockhounds. We are considering making this an annual thing.

Although this condo is quite compact, it has everything necessary for a very nice stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very nice and decorations were beachy. Overall, a great place for a short stay. Note: no a/c (but we didn't need it with the breeze).

Is a negative review worth a lie? The owner of this property apparently thinks so. I typically don't leave reviews if the property was OK but in this case I feel that I need to since the owner decided to charge us an additional cleaning fee and the reasons were outright lies. Let's start with the property iteslef; yes, it is lakefront but that's about all that it has going for it. The condo is not "recently updated." In fact, there is a gauge in one of the bedroom walls where the drywall needs to be repaired. That same bedroom has stains on the wall that are either blood or chocolate, same stains were found on the couch pillows. The bunk bed? There was no way for my 7 year old to get up to the top because the ladder were gone. All of the kitchen bowls were chipped. The bed in one of the bedrooms was rock hard and so were the pillows. The sofa fabric looks far from the white that it is pictured as in the listing photos. Oh! Also, despite the property listed as having AC (we purposely looked for one in the search) - there is none. They may have spent the money on the property but not on the amenities. Now, to the cleaning charge. Perhaps if the owner had arrived herself to check on it when we were leaving, and pointed out what was it that required an extra cleaning fee, I'd understand. Instead, the owner relied on the word of their cleaning crew, which I think needs to be fired. The cleaning crew reported that we left unwashed dishes (LIE- we loaded the dishwashwer and what didn't fit, my husband spent time washing by hand and set on the countertop). The cleaning crew also reported that we left 5 (!) garbage bags full of garbage. Again, a blatant LIE. We made sure to take out the garbage including from the bathrooms and yes, we did leave one bag of washed bottles meant for recycling (it was not communicated to us where to put anything that can be recycled). We were also accused that "someone wet the bed" I guess, easy to say since the cleaning crew saw that we had a toddler. Well, she still sleeps in her diaper and also she slept with us, there was no way that someone had "wet the bed" There was food left on the floor. Yes, indeed, I can concurr that we did leave crumbs on the floor under the table. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to vacuum - I am wondering if that is the cleaning crew's job?! Pehaps the crew and the owner expect that they only require a "dusting" during a pandemic?
